Excavation in foundation trenches in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to be borne by the contractor to the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour ,machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones , shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site and handed over to the department free of cost to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. serviceable stones to be handed over to the department free of cost. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg.25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. .

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) Second Class Bricks

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four sand) Second Class Bricks

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames rought,framed and fixed in position including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 2nd class Deodar wood.

Providing and fixing panelled and glazed shutter for entrance door (top rail and side rail 100x40mm (one hundered into forty milimetre) middle rail 150x40mm (one hundered fifty into forty milimetre)and bottom rail 200x40mm(two hundered into forty milimetre) with 12mm(twelve milimetre) Phenoil bounded both side prelaminated BWP grade partical in in Matt finished below lock rail and above lock rail vanue double glass including black enamelled iron butt honges with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Second class deodar wood.

Providing 50x50x50mm(fifty into fifty into fifty milimetre) wooden plugs including cutting bricks/stone work and fixing in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and making good the walls etc including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 2nd class indian teak wood.

Providing frame work of fall ceiling, partitions etc. saw and fixed in position including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing partical Board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails (frame work and over fillets to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(i) Partical Board (BWP Phenol Exterior/interior grade)(i) 8mm thick

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)40mm thick.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm.thick in flooring (300 x300mm. size)treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm. thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) In gratings, framed guards, bars ladders railing brackets and similar works.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and i/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/ steel work including carriage of mateirals in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stopping including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ( a) With enamel paint other than white.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete /stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level /heights i/c arises internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement;6sand) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly leaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on GS sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i )Two or more coats i/c a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of modent solution on new work
