Removing the existing transformer from the plinth/Pole and refixing the standby transformer of following capacity including connections etc., of 500/1000 KVA.. (adopted for 400 KVA)
Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of top cover plate of transformer having following capacity of 500/1000 KVA (adopted for 400 KVA)
Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of bushing for the following Transformer capacity up to 500/1000 KVA HT (adopted for 400 KVA HT)
Replacing old and unserviceable gasket of bushing for the following Transformer capacity up to 500/1000 KVA LT (adopted for 400 KVA LT)
Copper winding wire.
Replacing HT Bushings for distribution Transformers by new one.
Replacing HT Bushings metal parts for distribution Transformers by new one.
Replacing LT Bushings for distribution Transformers by new one of 500/1000 KVA (adopted for 400 KVA)
Replacing LT Bushings metal parts for distribution Transformers by new one of 500 KVA (adopted for 400 KVA)
Drying the repaired transformer with appropriate heat/air of 500/1000 KVA.(adopted for 400 KVA)
Loading and unloading of transformer from site to workshop or vice versa up to 500 KVA (adopted for 400 KVA).
Transformer oil tested as per IS-335-1972
Routine maintenance of transformer in operation covering insulation resistance oil breakdown strength. Reconditioning/replacement of siliczel, cleaning of transformer and topping up to oil level if required (extra cost will be paid for oil)
Fabrication of Transformer core with CRGO Material sheet (M4 or Better Grade) only prime material having low loss and good grain properties coated with hot oil proof insulation, bolted together and to the frames firmly to prevent vibration or noise as per site condition or as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Supply and fixing of off load tap changer suitable for existing transformer as per site condition or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge
Supply of Single core 35 Sqmm PVC insulated Copper flexible cable as per site conditions or as directed by Engineer In Charge
Supply of Flexible Copper Jumper sheets of 200 mm length and 0.5mm thickness as per site conditions or as directed by Engineer In Charge
