Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re-plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Stone tile work (Bhuj type) for outer walls (polished) over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing with curing and scaffholding. All complete as per direction of EIC.

12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement:4 fine sand) on all surfaces (walls, ceiling and RCC surfaces) after proper combing including cost of all material & curing.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels makrana white second quality

Providing and fixing chisel dressed Devri Stone Tiles of specified size with thickness 25 mm in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing.Fine chisel dressed including edge moulding whereever required all complete as per directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing wooden panelling of foreign wood tounged and grooved on wall and desk skirting including wooden framing of 10mm plyboard where required, rubbing by sand paper, applying coat of wood filler and polishing complete and cornice of required size.

Extra for providing arabic calligraphy over Panelling work including the cost of heritage and arabic calligraphy as per directions of engineer in charge complete

Providing and fixing 10-12 mm thick ply board celling incl. the cost of wooden jamping / frame work for supporting structure of first class imported wood 1.5''x1.5'' wherever required etc complete job
