Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (25mm thick) using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling courses all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cushioning to interlocking paver block incl punning down of sand complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For measurement purpose punned thickness of sand only shall be considered.

M&L for rubber moulded Cement concrete chequered tiles 300X300X25 mm thick with grey cement & pigment, set & jointed over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete after dismantling of existing tile/ paver block of any size and thickness all as specified and directed. . M&L for Machine pressed precast Rubber moulded concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade made with grey cement and pigment complete after dismantling of existing tile/ paver block of any size and thickness all as specified and directed. (Make : Ultra, Unistone, Duracrete)

M&L for Machine pressed precast Rubber moulded concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade made with grey cement and pigment complete after dismantling of existing tile/ paver block of any size and thickness all as specified and directed. (Make : Ultra, Unistone, Duracrete)

Surface dressing n exc 15cm deep as in soft/loose soil

S&F for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:2:4(20 mm stone Agg) with solid block exc 10 cm in width set and jointed in CM 1:4 as in kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of Kerb stone and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of water based primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of exisiting treatment from old wall/kerb stone by scrapping using electrically operated grinder machine/electric sand paper machine, washing down with water and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of water based primer on Kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete as in landing slabs in cement concrete type B0 1:2:4( 12.5mm using mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel 10 mm dia TMT bar and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent in shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc.

Description all as per item No 13 here-in-before but mild steel TMT bar 6mm to 8 mm dia.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and lintels, chajja landing and similar work n exc 200mm thick (horizontal/sloped).

Form work to edges of concrete flats,treads,breaks in floors,window-cill,concrete railings,openings in concrete walls ,floor & roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls,horizontal or sloping and similar works exc 10cm but n exc 20 cm wide.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof Exterior emulsion paint of colour & shade as approved over and including a coat of exterior priming paint, over and including 3 mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement/Grit plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required, in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens,nailed to the under layer incl removal of wooden batterns,repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs factory Made 24mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) Jaali of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 58-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers (Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded (Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2, Modulus of elasticity 50N/ mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. WPC Jali to be fixed of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws complete all as specified and as directed of Engineer -In-Charge. Make:- RAJSHRI or equivalent as approved by GE

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 25mm thk built in CM 1;4 ,type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar in CM 1:4 complete.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Cleaning of rain water drain line/sewage pipe by rodding of pipe any dia and in any depth and removal of sludged/silt/liquid/mud and sand(in foul position) etc out side the MD premises incl water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement stainless steel(gd 304) railing vertical/horizontal made of hollow tubes,channels,plates chains etc,incl welding,grinding,buffing,polishing and making curvature(where ever reqd) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,incl fixing the railing with necessary accesories and stainless steel dash fastners,stainless steel bolts ,etc,of reqd size,on top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.
