Providing and laying roof insulation with 40 mm thick impervious sprayed, closed cell free Rigid Polyurethane foam conforming to IS - 12432 Pt. III (density of foam being 40-45 kg/cum), over a coat of polyurethane primer applied @ 6-8 sqm per litre, laying 400 G polythene sheet over PUF spray and providing a wearing course of 40 mm thick cement screed 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in chequered rough finish, in panels of 2.5 m x 2.5 m and embedding with 24 G wire netting and sealing the joints with polymerized mastic, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: The roof treatment shall be got carried out by qualified applicators, with prior experience of spraying the specified foam system, approved by GE.

Demolishing of cement concrete any type and in any position, manually or by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) laid in panels and in slope as required and directed for levelling course on roof surfaces all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position of 500 Ltrs capacity including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing and supply and fixing new 15 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floors or trenches including necessary excavation/eartwork or cutting chases as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Gun metal Gate valves 20 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed including cutting pipes as required complete all as specified and directed
