Providing and installation of one bailing plant, which will have the following broad minimum technical detail and specification: 1. Type of the press vertical heavy duty columns type structure, frame is fabricated out of ultrasonically tested steel plates in various size as 10,18,20,25,36,38mm, duty welded with suitable reinforcements to give strength to with stand the load during the operation. 2. Main cylinder capacity: 60 ton 3. Ram movement: Down stroking 4. No. of cylinders: 2 nos. 5. Bale size: Approx. 33" (LR) X 26" (FB) 6. Bale Weight: As per Dimension 150kg to up to 300kg 7. Total height form floor level: Approx.14 feet 8. Jack: (For exit the bundle) 9. No. of Tie (Guide Rod): 2 nos 10. No. of Door: 1 no. 11. Pump: double pump for high and low speeds 12. Production Rate: Approx. 6 Ton in per shift 13. Cycle control & operation: push button operated with electrical control panel, With double safety by pressure switch and limit switch. With HYDRAULIC POWER PACK UNIT: The hydraulic unit will consist of the following parts all of internationally reputed make for easy availability across the globe & for trouble free operation. These are interchangeable with otehr make too. 1. Electric Motor 15HP, 3phase, 1440RPM, 415/380 volts, ABB/NGF/CROMPTON/SIEMENS or smilar make. 2. Pump high and low pressure fixed displacement pump veljan/ yuken/ polyhydron or similar make.

Operation/ maintenance for 3 months i/c oil for hydraulic operation, crane charge and other expenses complete with minimum output quantity of 3MT per day with working in two shifts.
