Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying of boulder apron on river bed protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification

PART : C Approach : Clearing and Grubbing Road Land .(Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to beused or auctioned up to lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness.

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2 ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) a) form Private land

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (a), ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) A) By Mix in place method ii) For Grading -II Material

Water Bound Macadam ( Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and booming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (With an initial lead of 5.0km), By Manual Means c) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.) I) WBM Grading II :

Water Bound Macadam ( Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and booming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (With an initial lead of 5.0km) : Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.) Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the dep't.) (i) With bitumen emulsion -CSS-1h

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (C) Granular Surfaces treated with primer

Open Graded premix Surfacing : Providing , laying rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thk composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen ( 60-70 Gr) or bitumen impulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller of 8-10 ton capacity to the required level and grade. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 Km initial lead from mixing plant and including cost of testing of material at site and laboratory as directed by the department). 'Open Graded premix Surfacing using cold mix binder ( as per IRC : SP: 100-2014 Catonic Bitumen Emulsion CMS)

Seal coatwith cold mix Binder (as per IRC: SP-100, 2014) Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type A,Type B and Type C as per Technical specification clause 510.

Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed. 30 cm dia. RCC guard post with reinforcement of 6nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/ MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) ii) 60cm equilateral triangle
