SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION UG RAP

Supply and construction of Underground (UG) Regimental Aid Post (RAP) of Factory Made Box Type Modules precast RCC structure at forward areas of Jaisalmer to assemble and make a structure to achieve internal dimension of minimum 7.0 m (L) x 3.0 m (W) x 3.0 m (H) using M-50 Grade High Performance Concrete (HPC Design Mix) constructed using Pre-Cast Concrete Technology including transportation, crane lifting , labour, assembly tools, joint filling materials and tools etc.The front and back of the structure to be covered with suitable arrangements with Precast panels with suitable opening for door, ventilators and exhaust fans as per specification size of each factory made modules is minimum 3.0 (W) x 3.0 (H) x 1.0(L) X 350 mm thickness .Total Nos of modules used to achieve the complete internal dimension of 7.0 m (L) x 3.0 m (W) x 3.0 m (H) will be as per design submitted by vendor. Front and back side of the structure is closed with Precast RCC wall of thickness 350 mm and M-50 Design mix with a opening at the front for the door (size 1.2 x 2.1 mtr) and two Nos ventilator at the back (size 300 mm x 600 mm) and two Nos of exhaust fan at back . These two pre cast RCC wall should be completely fixed in the structure. Supply and construction also incudes all arch drgs , structural drawings , design report , test report , soil investigation report, details calculations of reinforcment bars and others any report and all complete as specified in the drawings / documents attached.
