Augmentation Improvement of distribution system of Saryanj Materni and adjoining Panchayat in Tehsil Arki, District-Solan HP

Excavation in trenches of required width in all kind of soil for pipes, cables, etc.not exceeding 80mm in diameter including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying , jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches following screw and socketed GMS pipe of diameter of various grade as under conforming to BIS 1239 (Part-1) 2004 or latest with up to date amendments including providing and fixing tube fittings such as reducer, increasers, sockets, union, tees, bends etc. where ever required (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing at site Gun Metal wheel valves conforming to 14486 of reputed makes with ISI mark complete in all respects including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work soft and hard rock and through conglomerate rock up to all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and as directed by the Engineer in-charge within a lead of 20 meters.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material up to all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing from work with steel plate 3.15mm thick weld with angle iron in frames 30*30*5mm, so as to giv a fairue finish including clearing, shettering,proping etcwith wooden bettens and ballies , heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exeding 4m and removable of same for in sita reiforced concrete and hlain concrete works in.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors upto 200mm kin thickness.

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 200mm

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mixed M-30 Grade Cement Concrete for reinforcement cement concrete as per approved design mix including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS-9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) all word upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mixed M-25 Grade Cement Concrete for reinforcement cement concrete as per approved design mix including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS-9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying and tying of mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor all level including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Manhole cover of size60x60 cm made of angle iron frame size 40x40x5mm thick covered with MS. sheet 2.00mm thick and welded with angle iron frame 35x35x3 mm thick. Including hinges, Handles, 8 Nos Hold fast and Locking arrangement along with lock and key of standard make, Primer two coat with red oxide paint, complete and manhole coverer fixed in Storage tank/Intake with Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for nut and bolt 16mm dia. and dismantling of RCC work and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel Work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint: In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets, framed work including cutting, hoisting in position and similar works in all leads and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.
