Painting of packaged air conditioners outdoor units of various capacity. The work shall includes cleaning of units, scrubbing and spary painting of sheet metal parts including interior and exterior with one coat red oxide paint and two coat of epoxy paint., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Tinkering of packaged air conditioners outdoor unit of various capacity. It includes minor fabrication, tinkering with white metal paste etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of Split Airconditioners, Water Cooler, Refrigerators & Deep Freezers which includes Preventive and breakdown maintenance- Breakdown maintenance includes rectification of all or any one of the faults namely repair/replacement fan motors / relays / sensors / thermostats / capacitors / OLPs / compressors/ condensors/ evaporators/ leak testing / Gas charging / oil charging / nitril foam insulation 9mm etc. for 1 year period all complete as per the specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Preventive maitenance includes quarterly servicing of the following Air conditioners, Water coolers & Refrigerators of different makes which need to be serviced once in three months. Quarterly servicing shall cover cleaning of AC unit, cleaning of air filter, oiling of the fan motor, checking of all electrical connections, cleaning of condenser & evaporator coils with water, measuring & recording necessary parameters and shall be recorded in the service report all complete as per the specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Supply of Compressor, Condenser & Evaporator coils is not included in this item.

Tinkering and painting of Air conditioner/Water Cooler/Refrigerator equipments' sheet metal parts & its frame by cutting, welding/brazing, scrab/scrach with emery sheet and clean all the rust/ paint on all the MS/GI/Al sheet metal parts and paint with one quote of red oxide primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint or Duco/metalic paint complete with spray gun/brush all complete as per the specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and installation of a set of Hot gas & Liquid line copper piping alongwith thermal insulation and 3 core, 2.5 mm2, 1100V multistrand flexible FRLS PVC copper cable to interconnect indoor and outdoor units of cassette/Split/tower Air conditioners as per the specification given in the scope of work. It also includes supply of copper tubes, thermal insulation, PVC tape over the copper pipe lines, brass flare nuts at both ends all complete as per the specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, installation and leak testing of air cooled anti corrossive coated blue finned Condenser coil for PackagedAC/Ductable AC/Packaged Chiller/Window & Split Airconditioner as per the specification and as required. Air-cooled condenser shall be a compact coil made using latest advanced copper tubes with anti corrosive /hydrophilic coated aluminium fins 14-16 FPI as per the original installed in the above AC units. Copper tubes shall be bullet expanded into aluminium fins for mechanical bonding. Independent sub cooling circuit shall be provided in each coils to improve EER.

Supply, fabricating of Condensor fan guard / bird screen for ODU of size 2.5 feet x 2.5 feet made of PVC coated MS wire mesh of suitable wire size with 12 mm mesh holes, fixed with 2 inch width GI strips at all the four sides of the mesh to make into a frame and fixing to the oudoor unit of air conditioners with suitable washers, screws etc to avoid bird entry, other damages to the condensor fan all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
