REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF ROOF TREATMENT AT BRICHGUNJ MILITARY STATION, PORT BLAIR.

Demolition of reinforced roof slabs, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Separating, scrapping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately)

Disconnecting of existing tank of capacity 500 ltrs and setting aside or lowering if required for repairs cleaning etc and refixing in position hoisting and connecting , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Disconnecting of existing tank of capacity 1000 ltrs and setting aside or lowering if required for repairs cleaning etc and refixing in position hoisting and connecting , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking up or down, and refixing of 25mm bore, GI tubing, medium grade,in new or old positions including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking up or down, and refixing of 20 mm bore, GI tubing, medium grade,in new or old positions including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking up or down of 20 mm bore, GI tubing and connectiion, medium grade including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 20mm bore SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M & L for water proofing treatment with the following specifications including taking down existing roof treatment of any description and cleaning with water and scrubbing and disposing off the rubbish outside the premises, complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compouund @ 3% by weitht of cement as leveling course (ii) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr per sqm. (iii) Laying APP membrane (STP Aquashield or equivalent) weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) with 100mm over laps both longitudinally and transversally and overlaps shall be sealed by torch, membrane shall be taken to the parapet through fillet and shall be tucked in inside after a height of 300 mm. (iv) Apply one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over the membrane. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 80 to 100 mm from columns, beams and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with clean water with pressure and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50 M all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, including necessary scaffolding etc complete.

M&L for applying one coat of anti corrossive primer @ 0.25 Lit/Sqm for the steel area to exposed old and new reinforcement to the full circumfrance and length of bars to form unbroken 40 Micron thick film all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent @ 2.6 sqm/lit or as per manufactures instruction to old concrete surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge to surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members all as specified

M&L for non shrink, cementitous micro concrete mixed with 12.5 graded stone aggregate using Renderoc RG or equivalent by weight (18 Kg Aggregate :25 Kg Renderoc RG) respectively (as per manufatures instruction) laid in average thickness 80 to 100 mm in surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for spraying curing compound as per manufactures instruction on freshly cast concrete surfaces all as specified. Make : Concure WB white of Fosroc.

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 10 to 30 mm from floor/roof slab/chajjas and similar structural members cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles including necessary scaffolding etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for application of high build polymer cement sand mortar 1:3 with water cement ratio 0.35 to 0.45 mixing with Nito bond SBR @ 5 ltrs per 50 Kg cement on ceiling / chajja surfaces 10 to 20mm thick in two layers over slurry priming coat of 1 volume Nito bond SBR to 1 volume water, 3 volume fresh cement (5 sqm per litre Nito Bond SBR) etc all as per manufacturers instructions, including painting/finishing over a coat of interior/exterior grade wall care putty to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [ Note : Nitobond SBR shall from Fosroc chemical (India) Pvt Ltd or equivalent chemicals of MC Bouchemics/Beck]

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia. And over upto & including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips as in stirrups binders and spacers.

M&L GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste

M&L fair finished flat Form work to RCC Chajjas,fins facia, para pets and similar items including edges

M & L for RCC M-30, for chajja, fins, facia, etc., all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC M-30, for slab supported on wall, beams & columns in floor, roofs, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L extra for drip mould 40mm x 10mm and similar work not exc 15cm width for RCC chajjas etc

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops or chamfered on edges.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall/ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with using water proofing compound over 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on external surfaces of block masontry even and smooth eithout using extra cement.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling including cement slurry 3 kg/sqm.

M & L for two coats of OBD over a coat of primer over a coat of interior grade wall care putty on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including nesessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for application of Brushbond Roofguard (Make : Fosoc) in three coats (0.5 liter/Sqm/coat) on old or new roofs to achieve total dry film thickness of more than 1mm over a coat of Nitoproof WB primer (8-10sqm/Ltr) as per manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Overcoating time will be 8-12 hours at 27 degree celsius
