Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to internal electrification of any type and nature such as taking down defective switch/socket/ceiling rose/holders/fittings / fixtures any type, rectification of faulty electric circuits, DB/MCCB/ MCBs of anysize, tightening of loose connections,after opening of wiring/conduits/casing caping & connections etc, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) All T & P/Stationeries and labour team required comprising of Nos of trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily, as directed. (b) Rep of the contractor will present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 08.30 Hrs to 04.30 Hrs the time of lodging the complaint. In absence of rep of Contractor penal recovery as decided by GE shall be imposed & on contractor. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size etc shall be deemed included in the above quoted rate. However, major items such as switches, sockets, bell push, fan regulator,MCCB/MCB/DB etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring required shall be measured under relevent item. (e) If contractor fails to rectify the complaint with in 24 hours after reciving, Rs 500/- per complaint will be penalised.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,same board, independent or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor & ceiling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L conceled point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 02 x single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC pre insulated FRLS and unsheathed cable enclosed in PVC conduit pipe size not less than 20 mm dia with all PVC accessories such as Tee, bend, collar, elbow, square junction box etc fixed on the concealed surface and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling by means of Wall putty and matching colour of existing wall, PVCsleeve/dash fastners with cadmium plated screws including suitable size of fixing accessories including cast iron/ Pressed steel terminal boxes 60mm deep for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc duly painted on inside & out side two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer with 3mm thick bakelite sheet top cover including 1.5 Sqmm insulated but unsheathed copper earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :- 3.01One light point controlled by one way switch.
