Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Materials & labour for water proofing treatment to sunkun floors with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Apply first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic polymer modified cementitous composite compounds @ 0.126 kg/sqm all as specified. (b) Apply second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic polymer modified cementitous composite compounds @ 0.253 kg/sqm including cleaning the surfaces and all as specified. (c) Apply 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment all as specified. Note :- The slope of slab shall be 1:20 towards the corner of outer walls and GI pipe of 50mm dia (medium grade) be inserted at corner projecting out side 10 cm which should be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable debris, rubbish and building material outside of MoD Land at a suitable stacking location at ground level including all lead & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge without disturbing the other structural elements as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Removal of existing concrete including loose/weak concrete from the concrete structure i.e. beams/columns/deck slab etc upto beyond corroded steel reinforcements to a depth of 10mm minimum behind the reinforcement by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting and removal of debris. Concrete around the corroded reinforcement shall be removed properly. The edges of the repair locations of concrete should be saw cut to depth of at least 10mm to avoid feather edging and to provide a square edge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. (Quoted rate includes necessary form work and scaffoldings including supports to structures design rehabilitation upto 2 story of building)

M&L for Preparation of surface and removal of rust in the loosely bonded concrete of the RCC deck slab, beam / girder and piles shall be chipped out using the mechanical cutter exposing the bars and applying Rust Remover using small brush and allow to react it for 16-24 hrs. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr- in- Charge. (Quoted rates to include necessary form work and scaffoldings alongwith support to structures undergoing rehabilitation upto 7meters height)
