Line Isolator Structure Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5mtr in height as per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Pits of size 1.075 x 0.9 x0.3 Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC ( cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 mtX 0.3 Mtr including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. The work includes dragging, Shifting upto 40 Mtr. Raising and erecting the two legs with runner of isolator in proper allingment level and plumb. Plinths of the Isolator structure shall be properly finished with champering of edges.(All the material will be supplied by the Contractor like M.S Flat etc. except steel)

Post Insulator Structure Fabrication of of Post Insulator structure per drawing No. RES 39 Digging of two Nos. Laying & Dressing of 3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable underground Double Circuit. Laying of Double circuit 3x300 sq .mm XLPE Cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required materials, as 1st class Bricks, Stone slabs and fine sand. Providing 150 mm fine sand cusion beneath, and 150 mm sand cusion above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by Bricks, sand and stone slab. The inter axial spacing between two cables should be in between 0.25 to 0.04 M. After laying the cable refilling and ramming of the left out soil,closing the trench and leveling.

Installation of Line Isolators Assembling and installation of Line isolator on the Isolator structure , adjusting of opening mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensured smooth operation of the same. In case of line Isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be ensured. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Installation of Post Insulator Installation of post insulator on the post insulator structure . The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Installation of Lightening Arrestors Assembling and installation/ mounting of Lightening Arrestors on the L.A. structure/ complete with making earth connection ( Separate ) and line connections. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.

Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits indoor and O/D end Termination and S/T Joint suitable for 33 KV XLPE cable confirming to IS ESI-09-13-IS-13573 of 1992 amendment I&II VDE-0278 of latest version there of if any.

Safe Dragging/ Loading - unloading from dump site to pit site and Fabrication & erection for Exposure Double pole for 33 KV Line on 11 Mtr ST Pole with fitting of necessary clamp & other acessories like 1 No. Top channel of 125x65x6 mm size 3200 mm, Bracing angle 1set. .2 No.33 Kv dropper tee-off channel and 9 No. Pin insulator as per norms. (Contractor shall provide 2 No.33 Kv dropper tee-off channel G.I. Pin, E- Bracket 9 No., necessary clamps, , Nut - Bolts washers etc.)

Grouting of following structure by digging of pit 1.5 Mtr/1.83 Mtr deep for 9.0 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP respectively, placing stone pad at bottom 450x450 size foundation is provided with help of steel or wooden formers, groutung with 1:4:8 Ratio cement, sand & first class brick ballast 0.268/0.285 cu mtr for 9.0 mtr PCC Pole & 11 mtr STP, plinthing 0.3 Mtr above G/L and proper plastering.

Supply and fixing of a stone pad of size 300x300x75 mm at PCC/STP Bottom of the pit ( Contractor shall provide all materials)

Earthing of pole by Earthing rod 20x2500 mm and 6 Swg wire. (Contractor shall provide all the materials except 6 swg wire)

Fixing of barbed wire on pole Supply and fixing of barbed wire on the pole above 2750 mm ground level. Barbed wire wrapped for a distance of 0.9 mtr. with a pitch of 13.mm at a height. (All materials supplied by the contractor)

Fixing of Danger board . Supply and fitting of Danger board of size 250x200x2 mm 3650 mm above ground level as per Respo norms. RESPO Drawing No-55

Fixing of Number plate . Supply and fitting of Number plate of size 250x200x2 mm 3650 mm above ground level as per Respo norms. RESPO Drawing No-55

Nozeling and grouting of stay at sectional pole at angle locations (All the civil material and stay set, stay clamp will be arranged by the contractor except stay wire)

Cable stand Structure Fabrication & erection of 33 KV Cable Stand made of 02 No. M.S chanel 125x65x6 mm 3 Mtr. Jointed to each other by M.S Channel horizontally and also jointed to each other by means of 05 No. M.S Strip (m.s flat) 50x6 mm of size 200 mm long each by welding at actual distance interval as per norms. And grouting in block of 300x300x700 completely providing 02 no. cable clamps also and eathing by G.I strip 50x6 mm size with the earth mat of switchyard both side of legs and provideing clamps , post/ pin insulator for holding cable. (All the materials will be arranged by the contractor such that clamps nut bolts and civil materials except M.S channel.)

Earthing by way of boring and lowering the "B" class GI pipe of 55 mm dia from ground upto water level not less than 20 mtr. As per standard practice . The G.I pipe which laid down below the railway crossing will be connected with G.I strip 50x6. (All material will be supplied by the contractor)

High Pressure testing to which 33 KV Line & cable to be stand for duration of 5 minutes after completion of Laying, Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. ( Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor)

Hoisting of 33 KV Cable on existing/erected support with provision of MS Pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long suitable for 3x300 sq mm cable fixing of proper support and its clamping, providing long barral lugs 6 nos and P.G. Clamps & "Y" shape jumpering properly and 02 nos. supporting angle 65X65X6, 2240 mm long and making connection including supply of jumpering cable ,mounting clamps as per RESSPO Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor like M.S Pipe , P.G. Clamps, Al. Lug And Supporting Angle 65X65X6, 2240 mm and jumpering cable suitable for 33 KV jumper).

33 KV Bay Bus Bar & Stringing. Stringing of 33KV Bay Bus Bar by using and laying of ACSR Dog Conductor including making Vertical/Horizontal (Y-shape) jumper connection through PG clamps and connecting all the equipments ( Bus isolator, P.I. , C.T. , VCB, L.A & T/F) with each other through connecting clamps. (All the material will be supplied by the contractor)

Fabrication, Erection and grouting of route marker and marking 33 KV line by painting after grooving on the stone. (Contractor shall provide all materials)

Providing of G.I 6"Dia Pipe PN-6 Specification

Laying of cable & G.I Pipe Laying of Double circuit 33 KV 3x300 Sq mm XLPE cable and G.I Pipe by drilling method below Railway line. The cable be laid at the depth of 3 mtr from the under surface in G.I. pipe (200 mm. dia.) casing.

Laying of cable & HDPE Pipe Laying of Double circuit 33 KV 3x300 Sq mm XLPE cable and HDPE Pipe by drilling method below NHAI road crossing. The cable be laid at the depth of 3 mtr from the under surface in HDPE pipe (200 mm. dia.) casing.

laying D/C and hanging of cable through 3x300 XLPE cable inside the trench at proper depth by using proper size of clamps and the clamping must be at a distance of 1 mtr. insure the proper separation between two circuits. All the material shall be provided by the contractor

Permission of railway crossing permission must be granted from railway authority for laying of 33 kv cable and pipe under the railway crossing ( final settlement of payment will be on the basis of after provindg receipt and agreement of permission of railway crossing) (Estimate value -500000)

NOC will be granted from Central/ state Electrical safety department.( Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper). (estimated amount 150000/-)

restoring the road as it is before after completion of work.(estimate value Rs.500000)

Permission of NHAI/PWD etc. for road crossing. .( Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper) (estimate value Rs.300000)
