Dismantling of ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets/ GI snap grid/ POP ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10 and 5mm thick) in cm (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces even & fair smooth, using water proofing liquid compound and without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished fair even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's etc in CM (1:3), surface finish fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges, coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 & not exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all the scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.
