Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning HT XLPE cable, 11000 volts (earthed), insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment, size 120 Sqmm, 3 core , laid in trenches /pipes /ducts /along poles/ walls/ equipment etc including taking down of old cable from tranching complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Sep 2019. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. Cable shall be tested in presence of rep of Accepting officer at factory premises prior to despatch and also be tested in the presence of Rep of A O after laying in the trench before returning filling in the trench. (ii) Payment for excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be made for separately. (iii) Cable shall be in single drum length and no straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length.(iv) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory to Engg-in- charge for verification and record. Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Make:- DENSON /BIRLA /M SEAL /3M

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 3 above but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50 mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HPV, type I with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 18cm punned thickness shall be measured for payment .

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including S&F HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed. Make of HDPE Pipe:- Finolex/Diplast/Supreme

S & F cable route indicator, showing 'MES HT' under ground cable" and arrow mark painted with synthetic enamel paint, made out of MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 3mm and MS disc of dia 100 mm & 5 mm thick, including cutting, chasing, drilling, welding etc.(whichever required) and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6, type C-2 of size 30x30x30 cm in the ground including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prestressed concrete pole, 11.00 metres long, 152mmx152mm at top and 152mmx260mm at bottom, class 9 complete all as speciied and directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti climbing device, spike type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 32x6 mm upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20 mm bore, light grade including protection pipe GI medium grade 40mm bore , wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation and refilling pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates pit cover slab 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion on site complete all as specified and as directed.
