Treating Active leakage from Concrete walls Providing and grouting with single component Polyurethane Foam injection grout at dripping leakage locations, grout mixed at ratio of 10:1 (10 parts of Resin: 1 part accelerator) at the rate of 0.40kg/nozzle which will foam after reaction with water/ moisture, cream time <20 seconds, rise time <30 seconds, foam expansion more than 30 times. It has a mixed viscosity of <350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. Allow the PU foam grout to cure for 5 -10 mins. Providing and grouting with two component Polyurethane based resin injection grout mixed at ratio of 2:1 (2 parts of Base: 1 part Hardener) which will injected through same nozzle at the rate of 0.30kg/nozzel which gives Adhesion strength >2.5 MPa, Adhesion in wet concrete >1.5MPa, Elongation >80%.It has a mixed viscosity of <350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. The finished cost to include surface preparation, fixing of non-return valve injection packers at dripping leakage locations and damp patch locations, seal the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout Instant leak plug 0.2kg/nozzle. All the application procedure shall be as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.
Expansion Joint Treatment with Seal Tape -Providing and laying with 1.0 mm thick FPO membrane to seal the expansion joint. The tape having mechanical properties like, Elongation>500%, Tensile Strength >12N/mm2, Tear Strength >200N, Water tightness 400 kPa/72hrs confirming to DIN EN 1928-B. Ensure that apply Two part Epoxy Adhesive @ 1.4kg/m to get 1-2mm thick on the prepared surface before placing the tape and after placing seal with same epoxy adhesive which having Bond Strength with concrete 1.5N/mm2,Compressive Strength @ 7 days, ≥45N/mm2 as per BS 6319 Part 2, Tensile Strength @ 7 days, ≥18N/ mm2 as per BS 6319 Part 7, Shear Strength @ 7 days,≥8N/mm2 as per BS 6319 Part 4, Flexural Strength @7 days, N/ mm2 as per BS 6319 Part 3. The finished cost including surface preparation, filling foam backer rod, applying masking tape on both sides of the joint & polysulphide sealant filling on gap completely as per specification.
Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. Supplying and pouring micro concrete
Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Ribbed Tor Steel / TMT reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire) Above plinth / Basement level
Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Wall)
Installation of Vertical Bored cast in situ RCC piles of following diameter in all types of soils, using Standardised Concrete Mix of following grade, with sulphate resistant Cement or OPC/PPC, etc and Crushed Stone Sand and 20mm and down graded HBGS jelly coarse aggregate. The rate includes cost for placing of reinforcement cage in bore hole in correct position, cost of boring to the required depth with Bentonite solution with temprory casing of required length, conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using Tremine pipes, conveyance of all materials to the site including all tools and plants, shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another, excavtion of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite soultion, closing the mud pits to original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the departmental officers including socketing. The reinforcement cage should be welded properly for lifting. The concrete cubes to be tested as per IS 456- 2000. Acceptance criteria by clause 16.1. Frequency of testing as per 15.2.2. Testing to be conducted at both the ends at site as well as RMC plant. Pile driving depth should be decided by the departmental officers at site. The length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of the pile cap.( Cost of Reinforcement provided for Pile and Welding charges shall be measured and Paid separately ) Grade of Concrete: M25300 mm dia pile
