12mm cement plaster in sigle coat in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc including the Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.)

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory window and other frames,wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length(hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid seperately):second class teak wood

Providing and fixing Panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws. Excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note. Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately):35 mm thick

Fly proof Stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm wide apreture with matching wood beading

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polythene water storage tank, IS:12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangements and making necessary holes for inlet,outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support tank.1000 Liter Capacity
