Taking down old unserviceable damaged CI/GI pipe of 100/80 mm size from excavated trenches or from wall/floor including removing of fittings and removal to store or stack aside complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item serial No 1 here in before but of 50/40 mm bore

All as per item serial No 1 here in before but of 25 mm bore

All as per item serial No 1 here in before but of 20 mm bore

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard/dense soil for laying pipes/repair to pipes and sluice/control valves etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning refiling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well raming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron in trenches/floor, Class “K-7” , socket and spigot type, 100 mm dia including suitable titon rubber rings as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L GI tubing medium grade of size 80 mm bore including all fitting such as bend, Tee, union, socket etc in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement sluice valve 100 mm dia with stainless steel spindle complete assembly, class PN 1.6, ISI marked including providing rubber gaskets, nut & bolts, washers, etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for fabrication including welding and fixing in replacement of valve chamber cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly supported by MS flat 25 X 4mm all around and diagonal for various sizes valves chambers duly fixed with 25X4mm flat and long split at one end embedded in wall and lifting handle of MS flat with suitable size and welded to MS sheet with and incl locking arrangement and painted with approved quality of two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry pcc block , built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster to be finished even and smooth without using extra lime or cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of DOL starter suitable for monoblock pumpset of capacity 3 to 5HP, 3 Phase, 415V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HDPE cylndrical tank of capacity 5000 Ltr Vertical type tripple layer on superior quality Food greaded, alongwith top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection including 25 mm dia brass float valve with float ball and rod complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement HDPE cylndrical tank of capacity 2000 Ltr Vertical type tripple layer on superior quality Food greaded, alongwith top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection including 25 mm dia brass float valve with float ball and rod complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cleaning of sedimentation tank 10000 Gln of size 7.35 X 3.5 X 2.05 Metre, draining/washing out complete through wash out pipe, and removing all mud, silt, scales, dirts etc from inside area and cleaning with bleaching powder, wire brush, broom and sand paper etc and marking date of cleaning and capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no. 25 here-in-before, but cleaning of filteration tank of size 8.1 X 7.35 X 2.7 Metre. Note:- i) Rate quoted are inclusive of Removal of Sand & Gravels of different size from filteration plant & depositing at a distance not exceeding 30 mtrs away and leveling it as directed. ii) Refilling of Sand & Gravels of different size shall be measured & paid saperatly under respective item.

M&L filter media (Gravel) of size 40mm graded coarse aggregate (thickness - 400mm) of filteration tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filter media (Gravel) of size 20 mm graded coarse aggregate (thickness - 300mm) of filteration tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F uncharged and non cogulant sand media and marble stone aggregate of 5mm graded (thickness - 100mm - 2 tanks ) in white colour suitable for water filteration bed including removing of old silica sand from the site and depositing away from tank complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dewatering from semi under ground sump 15000 Glns capacity, cleaning internal walls, bottom surface of sump by removing scales and other foreign materials, scrubbing with coir jute brushes, washing the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water & finally washing with fresh water on walls, bottom surface etc applying two coats of white wash inside and outside as existing colour wash and writing letters on the wall i.e. capacity of tank, Date of cleaning, Due date for next cleaning, etc with synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed

M & L for dewatering from raw water tank 5000 ltrs capacity, cleaning internal walls, bottom surface of tank by removing scales and other foreign materials, scrubbing with coir jute brushes, washing the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water & finally washing with fresh water on walls, bottom surface etc and writing letters on the wall i.e. capacity of tank, Date of cleaning, Due date for next cleaning, etc with synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed

M&L for scrubbing, cleaning thoroughly for removing the dirts, sediments, silts etc from the internal surface of storage tanks(Sintex) of capacity 2000 ltrs from bottom and wall by using brushes, bleaching poder and other cleaning materials as directed including writing the words "TANK CAPACITY AND DATE OF CLEANING" in capital letters of synthetic enamel white paint over black back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scrubbing, cleaning thoroughly for removing the dirts, sediments, silts etc from the internal surface of storage tanks(Sintex) of capacity 5000 ltrs from bottom and wall by using brushes, bleaching poder and other cleaning materials as directed including writing the words "TANK CAPACITY AND DATE OF CLEANING" in capital letters of synthetic enamel white paint over black back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rewinding of motor of capacity 3 HP by taking out old winding wires, cleaning slots and rewinding with PVC insulated copper wire of same size & guage as existing glass sleaves etc and replacement of thrust bearings and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of motor of capacity 5 HP by taking out old winding wires, cleaning slots and rewinding with PVC insulated copper wire of same size & guage as existing glass sleaves etc and replacement of thrust bearings and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
