Supply and installation of Non Perforated FS 4.6 hingeable & sliding trap door system for corridors in the size of 2000mm x 300 mm manufactured according to EN13964 TAIM Quality standard consisting of various sizes unit made up of 0.6 Al in RAL Shade polyester powder coated finish and 100 % humidity resistance, fire performance Class A2-S1, d0. FS 4.6 BR substructure consisting of robust hinging technology with visible customised G shaped profiles which are mounted along the width of the panels. The customised G profiles are fixed using L shaped primary perforated L- angles 30x30x1.2mm thick GMS, which runs perpendicular to the customised G profiles. This is suspended rigidly from the bare ceiling with M6 threaded rods and fasteners. All components are made of galvanized steel. The rectangular panels can be swing down using spring loaded pins and hung from bolted sleeves provided on the sides. Once all the panels are swing down, they can be pushed to either side of the opening and stacked together in order to carry out any kind of maintenance. Supply & installation of hingeable open cell ceiling for toilet area with cell size of 100x100mm made out Aluminium 0.4mm thk . The assembled cell ceiling panels shall be in size of 600x1200 made out of blades in 9mm (W) x 40mm (H). The assembled cell ceiling panels are then clipped into 32x36x32mm carriers in GMS, coated in black enameled finished at 1200mm c.c.. Once the carriers are installed then primary perforated L- angles 30x30x1.2mm made out of GMS are cross connected to the carriers at 1200mm c.c. for lateral bracing. The whole ceiling shall be suspended by M6 threaded rods installed 1200mm c.c. Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clear story openings and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing, making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 40 mm X 3 mm thick, 200 mm long / with coach screws including protective painting to the surface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using 12 mm thick calcium silicate boards 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC placed in a suspended grid of size of 600x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections wherein the ceiling sections of 0.55 mm thick shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wires/ 1 mm thick strip hangers made of G.I sheet sections with necessary level adjusters and inter channels of 0.90mm thick with connecting clips and resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of 0.55 mm thickness including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc. to be made as per layout drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing heavy duty weather resistant cement boards of 12 mm thickness, in specified size including necessary fixing in position at levels as per drawing etc. complete as per ASTM C-1185 and ISO-8336 (Part E), rate inclusive of fixing all necessary SS fasteners / screws / bolts etc. and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Providing structural Repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spaled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and Reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet. 2) Cleaning the Re bars with Acetone for complete Rust removal and washing with water jet to make the surface free from Acid content. 3) Applying Protective Coat / bond coat using Polymer and Cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 ( 1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in Synthetic enamel paint like consistency with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : Washed and dried river sand 87.50 Kg ; Silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer ( or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 Kg Washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg Silica Sand : 200 ml polymer). 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for post Anti-termite treatment to existing buildings as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Work to be executed by approved agency and specified guarantee for 7 (Seven) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of guarantee.

Roughening thoroughly entire surface area of the ceiling, beams, walls etc. and removal of damaged / spalled concrete carefully up to hard core concrete using sanders / electrically operated angle grinders / wire brushes etc. complete and drying the surface by hot air blower near damp areas if required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Applying one coat of bonding coat to concrete surfaces / protective coats to reinforcement bars by brush and sprinkling of Quartz Sand when the coat is tacky etc. complete. Note : Tentative / suggested make for guidance of bidder(s) : Araldite GY 257: Aradur 450, in the ratio 100:60 pbw or approved equivalent make. Any equivalent proposed shall have to match technical parameter / specification of the tentative / suggested make.

Applying one coat of primer coat between Two epoxy mortar layers by brush etc complete. Note: Measurement shall be made for each application required. Providing and Applying one coat Epoxy putty, Hardener & Silica Flour in the ratio of 100:40:200-300 pbw including one layer Glass cloth 100-110 GSM of Epoxy compatible quality. Glass cloth shall be fully impregnated with Epoxy putty and hardner in the ratio of 100: 40 pbw complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Providing and Fixing 3.00 mm thick Homogeneous PVC sheet / tile in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality including levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 Kg all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in approved colour and shade. Providing and laying 3mm Thick Plastic sheet of approved make over existing flooring for protection from scratches while construction including duct taping if required and as dierected by Engineer-In-Charge. Cost shall include removal and stacking of the sheets after required time and submitting to the department

Supplying man power along with necessary Tools and Tackels, minimum two number of labour per day upto maximum any number of labour as and when required, decided by Engineer-in-Charge to work for eight hours per day or monsoon period to carry out departmental work allotted by Project Engineer .

Supply of manpower for carrying out various carpentry maintenance works with necessary tools such as chiesel, hammer, wood planner, screw driver, wood saw, tape etc to attend wooden and aluminium carpentry maintenance work and also seasonable departmental work, alloted by the Engineer-in-charge on daily basis. Note:- Carpentry tool kit shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost. Deployment : the contractor shall deploy carpenter for each job for 8 1/2 hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in general (Ist / II nd) or on Round the clock shift whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. Measurement will be per job basis. Skilled Manpower for Carpentry Work

Supply of manpower for carrying out various plumbing maintenance works with necessary tools such as spanners, die of various diameters, pipe wrench etc. to attend pipe leakage at toilet, basins, urinals, floor trap chock up, laying of pipes, fixing of various plumbing fittings & fixtures and also carry out seasonable departmental work, alloted by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time. Skilled Manpower for Plumbing works

Providing light Non-AC four wheeler min. 5 seater vehicle having equivalent capacity of Mahindra Bolero / Scorpio or equivalent with driver including minimum BS-IV norms on hiring basis for the use of Site Engineer of CED for 6 days a week from 9:00 am to 19:00 pm for carrying out day-to day official movement within Mumbai as per Detailed Technical Specifications attached separately.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant / Site and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). Note : (1) Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder Civil Engineer with 2 (Two) years experience or Diploma holder with 5 (Five) year experience (Licentiate in Civil/Construction Engineering / Technology) conducted by Board of Technical Examinations / University / Autonomous Govt. / Govt. recognized Polytechnic/ Institute. (2) Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the EIC during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the deployed Engineer shall have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the EIC. No additional payment will be made on this account. For any shortfall in attending duty less than minimum 26 working days, deductions shall be made on Pro-rata basis. (3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per month as per requirement at site for the period mentioned in NIT. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one engineer exclusively for the particular job. (5) Engineer should be engaged after scrutiny by EIC of CED, BARC and approved by Competent authority and the deployed Engineer will report to BARC Engineer/ EIC. Measurement shall be given as per inner/outer metal surface of the GI ducting.

AHU room accoustic Insulation: Supply and installation of acoustic insulation for the AHU room as decided by the EIC. Materials like GI sheet, Rockwool Slab, glass wool slab, Fibre glass tissue paper shall be used for insulation. 26 guage Aluminium perforated sheet shall be used for external covering with asthetic outlook. The overall noise reduction shall be 25dB.

MS Work: Supply, fabrication of supports for ducting, made up of MS angles/channels/MS plates, followed by 2 coats of red oxide primer and 2 coats of enamel paint.

2 way Pressure Independant Balancing & Control Valve: S.I.T.C of following flanged end PIBCV with Actuator and Temperature controllers complete with, control and power cabling/wiring to regulate the valve as per preset temperature in the room/equipment, with valve insulation of following sizes and flow as per specifications.

PIBCV of size 80 NB with Actuator and Temperature controller 320-330 LPM for 28 TR AHU.

Section G: Fire Hydrant Related works SITC of CS seamless pipe : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sch-40 CS seamless pipe of following sizes conforming to ASTM A53 / A106 grade B including supply of required sch-40 pipe fittings. The thickness of pipe line as per ASTM. The pipe line shall be jointed with weld joint. The cost of the all consumables required for laying of pipe line shall be in the scope of work. The pipe line shall be hydro tested at test pressure 12 Kg/cm2 for 24 hrs. The pipe line shall be laid inside of the building as a fire hydrant riser as directed by EIC at site. The riser shall be 100 mm dia. and branch pipes for hydrant shall be 80 mm dia. The test certificate of pipe shall be submitted before supply of material for approval.

Fire Hydrant Valve : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 80 mm dia. fire hydrant valve conforming to IS:5290. The outlet of fire hydrant valve shall be 63 mm. The MOC of the valve shall be gun metal and blank cap also shall be GM. Required consumable such as nut bolts, gasket etc. shall be in the scope of work. Test certificate and data sheet shall be submitted before supply of material for approval.

CI Gate Valve :Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PN-1.6 rising spindle type CI gate valve conforming to IS:14846. The spindle of the valve shall be SS. The required consumables such as flanges, gasket, fasteners etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. The test certificate and data sheet of valve shall be submitted before supply of material for approval.

Removal of existing pipe line : Cutting, removing of existing fire hydrant risers by gas cutting in small pieces (min 2.0 m) for laying of new pipe line. The scrape pipe line shall be disposed off at the location shown by EIC at a distance of 4.0 km.

Core cutting : Core cutting by mechanical means (by core cutting m/c) in roof slab of size 150 mm dia as instructed by EIC at site.
