REPAIR MAINTENANCE AND CAMC OF RUNWAY LIGHTING SYSTEM AT ARC CHARBATIA

Comprehensive annual maintenace of runway lighting system in complete including the electrical system runway lighting networks ,equipments as per CA specification/PS for Egineer/technician visit for major complaints/breakdowns rectification with equipments including monthly checking of complete system. Note:1. Contractors having experience in maintenance of "Air field Lighting system" are eligible to participate in bidding.Otherwise the contractor shall get the work done by authorized dealer/firms having experience in airfield lighting works. 2. Monthly checklist of essential items of air field lighting for proper function of the system to be followed and user satisfaction to be obtained and kept on records.

Manitenance of runway lighting system including CCR for taxiway light & runway edge light , Approach light , CCR control panel ,Aviation obstruction light,ground traffic control light,AVASI light, Tower red lamp dagger,hooter,aerodrome beacon lamp & complete circuit to runway lighting system by providing 1XElectrician & 1 X Helper along with two wheeler(Bike) model -2020 onward for any shift of 8 hours as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per requirment including FOL charges & maintenace charge of vehicle complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Contractor need to submit all connecting document of two wheeler i.e RC ,DL of person driving vehicle(electrician/helper). (ii) The contactor will provide uniform and all the safety equipments to electrician. (iii) The contractor will provide basic tools kits, tester, LT megger/HT megger, clamp meter,test lamp,ladders including upto and also above 9 mts ,tools for maintenace of runway lighting system as required. (iv) If the contactor fail to provide the electricain/helper/two wheeler on any shift the penalty of 2 times of quoated rate will be imposed on contractor. (v) If the staff employed for maintenance of runway lighting system are found not efficient /suitable to the requirements as assigned by Engr-in-charge. The contractor neeed to provide suitable replacement immediately and penalty of 2 times the quoted rate will deducted per shift and decision of of Engineer -in-Charge/GE will be final.
