Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolotion of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 4.00 here-in-before but fixing only serviceable old retrieved angle iron post.

S & F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Restraining & resecuring inclduing making good staples of galvanised steel barbed wire of any description and any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 but EXCEPT STONE complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviciable stone retrived under item no. 2 here-in-before shall be used.

M & L for cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:6 as in bond stone complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length in retaining wall as spout pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed .

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs.2,24,600.00
