Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material Providing, laying and spreading Material(mix in place) on a prepared sub grade with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.400.1

WBM Grading III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 with 22.4 - 53 mm stone ballast as per Technical Specification Clause 405)

Providing and applying prime coat with emulsion SS1 using Bitumen distributor the prepared granular surfaces including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ rate of 0.70-1.00 kg /sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 Using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet (surfacing) of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 508) (used by paver finisher)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C with VG10 bitumin as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Brick edging on both side of the road of first class brick 8cm (3")wide and 12cm (4.5")deep laid with mud mortar including labour supply of brick finish to required template and proper aligment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by engineer in charge SI.NO 765
