TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS IN OTM AND MD ACCN AT MRC UNDER AGE B/R I OF GE SAUGOR

TERM CONTRACT:Contractor to insert their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II rates together with amendment Nos 1 to 122 & Section No. 30 for “Runway & Pavement’ containing item Nos 30001 to 30053 and the supplementry rates given on Sch 'A' Note Number 09 on page No 18 to 19. The contractor shall perform such works during the period of one year from the date mentioned on acceptance letter. If net schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, ‘0’ should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the bidder shall be deemed firm. The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places. NOTES:- (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix ‘A’ to Notice of Tender. (ii) Total work orders amount (including quoted percentage above) will not increased from the estimated cost of work in NIT. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under Rate column and the total amount arrieved out in this sheet is approximate and for reference only.Being term contract work shall be ordered and priced at the SSR Part-II (2020) Rates and adjusted by the contractors percentage quoted by the contractor in terms of condition 4A of IAFW-2249 forming part of contracts. Note:- The contractor shall take consideration of Sch 'A' Note No 06 & 09 on Page No 18 to 19 and recovery rates in Sch of Credit on Page No 21 to 23, before quoting the uniform percentage which shall be applied on SSR rates and supplementry rates as well for payment purpose.
