De-silting of sewer line and manholes by super sucker machine in Ward No.11E and 12E under EE(East)-I in AC-57

Providing & fixing 2.0 m high corrugated G.I. Sheets barricading with safeda ballies 100mm dia. 2.8 metre long post 30 Cm girth (mim) for CGI sheet and every 12th post to be strutted with ballies and fixing with nails etc. i/c excavation holes of size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.80 meters getting out the excavation soil and then returning the soil i/c consolidating by ramming and watering etc. disposal of surplus earth as directed with in a lead of 50.0m, and lift of 1.5m and painting with bright red and white paint vertical strips 0.30 m wide and 1.25 m apart center to center as per drawing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing leak proof roka's in 150 mm dia to 300 mm dia running sewer line with earth filled in empty cement (PVC) bags i/c removal of same after completion of work.

Supplying and stacking at site precast concrete manhole cover with steel fibre of ISI mark conforming to IS 12592 Part-I of HD-20 with matching frame of class HD-20 IS12592 Part-II with 875mm external dia. and clear 560mm internal dia

Hiring of Super sucker and jetting machine having sufficient capacity for effective depth upto 10 mt i/c 20 HP submersible pump set with electric panel board , 62.5 KVA Diesel generator set and suction hose pipes with all fittings i/c cost of manpower (1 No. qualified Engineer, 2 Nos. Driver , 4 nos. S.G. Beldar , 2 Nos. operator ) and cost of diesel , lubricants , insurance , safety equipments , mobilization charges etc. all complete as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge for 8 Hrs shift per day.
