Material and labour for painting to steel gantry towers , beams for 66 KV outdoor type switch yard and panels installed in the yard complete including all accessories and equipment, support, structures including preparation of steel surface by scraping and removing old paint, applying a coat of red oxide primer and two coats good quality of aluminium paint as per following:- (a) Approximately 11 mtr high towers (vertical) - 18 Nos (b) Approximately 03 Mtr high towers (vertical) - 40 Nos (c )Approximately 06 Mtr long (Horizontal) towers - 10 Nos (d) Stand for highly arrested 3 mtr long x 2 mtr width support- 08 Nos (e) Greasing of all contact points in 66 KV switch yard. Supply and fixing in replacement of HT underground cable XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core laid in duct / trench/along pole etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT underground cable XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core laid in duct / trench/along pole etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erect in replacement PCC pole , M-30 design mix 11mtr long having 152mmx152mm at top and 152mmx260mm at bottom including reinforcement with high strength deformed steel TMT bars and necessary form work and erecting in position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: (i) Excavation Earth work and foundation will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay, cable, pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of drilling machine without damaging the road horizontally for road crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made, class HV, type I, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 80mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 11.00 here-in-before but bore of pipe 100mm.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT underground cable XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core laid in duct / trench/along pole etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Material & labour for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chajjas, water trouhghs, shelves and similar articles including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, air breather with silica gel suitable for 75 KVA to 160 KVA Transformers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, air breather with silica gel suitable for 200 KVA to 500 KVA Transformers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing, in replacement, lightnenig arrestor, expulsion type, heavy duty, single pole, suitable for rated system on voltage suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32X6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. The quoted unit rate shall include the following elements as given below :- (a) Earth electrode as mentioned above (b) Main earthing lead of 32X6 mm GI strip from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 mtrs. (c) Connecting earthing lead and electrode all as specified and testing complete. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal and salt. (e) GI protection pipe of 40 mm dia light grade of length not less than 5.00 mtrs. (f) Necessary excavation earth work and PCC pit, angle iron 40x40x6mm frame including RCC cover.

All as per Srl Item No 21.00 but earth lead galvanised iron wire of 4mm dia connected by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers, 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe

Supply and fixing for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600 x3.15mm thick burried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 3.00 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.0 mtr below normal ground level ,connected to copper strip of size 32X6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts and bolts check nuts and washers of copper/brass all as shown on electrical plate No -3 of SSR 2009- Part 1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. The quoted unit rate shall include the following elements as given below :- (a) Copper earth electrode as mentioned above. (b) Main earthing lead of 32X6 mm copper strip from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 mtrs. (c) Connecting earthing lead and electrode all as specified and testing complete. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal and salt. (e) GI protection pipe of 40 mm dia light grade of length not more than 5.00 mtrs. (f) Necessary excavation,earth work and PCC pit,angle iron 40x40x6mm frame including RCC cover.

Supplying & fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of GI strip size 32x6 mm, fixed to wall, on batten or recess/chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc including suitable nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting/taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/outdoor type ) installed on floor/pole for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side or any other repair as required after shifting the transformer to contractor's work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer of capacity 400 to 600 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The transportation charges and taking down/taking up of transformer are inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape , latheroid sheet , casl sheet etc are inclusive in the quoted rate. (v) Transformer shall be returned duly repaired within 02 weeks from taking over the transformer by contractor. In case of failure, recovery of Rs 1000 per week of delay shall be made from contractor's payments. (vi) Transformers will be checked by Engineer-in-Charge and/or his representative in workshop in opened stage before repairing starts. (vii) Contractor shall intimate the same to GE/AGE in this regard well in advance and also make necessary arrangement for the same. (viii) Nothing extra on this account shall be paid to contractor.

Material & labour for painting of PCC poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white strip 30 cm wide each up to 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of primer including numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out 'Earthing' tests with Earth testing Equipment (to be provided by contractor) at various places like; Sub Stations, Pump Houses etc in the presence of Engr-in-charge / JE, preparing 'Results Sheet/Record' and submit to the department for maintaining record complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- One 2 pole mild steel struture complete on HT PCC pole steel members fixed there on shall be considered as 'One Unit'.

Material & labour for 4 Pole structure complete painting to mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, back plate etc fixed on HT Poles any height with providing two coats of aluminium paint over a coat one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- One 4 pole mild steel struture complete on HT PCC pole steel members fixed there on shall be considered as 'One Unit'.

Labour only for removing of all grass vegetation, scapling shrubs and bushes under growth to include roots,trees and waste material in elect duct trench and removing rubbish upto distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery/boundary wall/fence of installation.All uprooting/removal as mentioned will be done manually so as to ensure saftety of AC and DC cables. Note:-RCC Duct cover slab removing and refixing deemed included in unit rate.

Supply,laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps etc.. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge of sizes size 77mm outer dia and 63mm inner dia for LT UG cables. Make;-Telerex/Tirupati or E-in-C approved Make.

All as per srl item No 75 here-in-before but of size 145mm outer dia and 126mm inner dia for HT/ LT UG cables.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surface of panel board by cleaning removing of old paint by scratching with wire brush / sand paper etc and including denting of broken / rusted surface and applied two coat of synthetic surface enamel paint by spray painting outside surface of panel as existing colour of panel all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing existing LT Panel doors of front , back and internal sheets complete with new locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for cleaning away all grass vegetation, scapling shrubs bushes under grouth roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm grith and removing rubbish upto distance of 50 mtr out the periphery of area under cleaniness, existing foliage / grass will be uprooted by machinery / maually as per the requirement and safety of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully manually by excavation of existing cable with loops and relaying with DWC pipe the same after repair of cutting the damages / burnt parts of cable and reconnecting its into original positions complete with cable joints all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) HT/LT Cable Joint & DWC Pipe will be measured and paid sepearetly. (ii) Unit rate shall be included in excavation and returning filling.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundation of poles complete all as soecified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type D-2 using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundation of stays complete all as soecified.
