(a)Cleaning the walls and ceiling by scraping, sand papering and smoothening down the surface including putting.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls,celing setc.up to any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

(a)Applying 2coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1bondingagent : 4water: 6cement) asperManufacturer's specification [Cement to be supplied by the Department]

Plaster (towall, floor, ceilingetc.) with sand and cementmortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] 20 mm thick plaster .

b)Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based wall putty of approved make and brand(1.5mm thick).)

Applying Interiorgrade Acrylic Primer of approved quality andbrand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/Acrylicemulsionpaint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly,completeaspermanufacturer'sspecificationand as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) (a) One Coat ) Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brandon walls and ceiling includings and paperinginintermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats) i) Luxury Quality

(b)Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with syntheticoil bound primer of approved quality including smoothenings surfaces by sand papering etc.

(a)Priming one coat on steel orothermetal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
