Removing, refixing and cleaning of inside surface of supply & return air ducts, grills & diffusers of HVAC system by latest robotic technology equipments & vaccum machines , bushing high power vacuum having HEPA filter, air compressor, robotic camera, air hammer, special nozzles, air sweep with all other required accessories and inspection of duct duct before and after cleaning using colour video minimum at 4 place in each AHU and mopping with the recommended chemical disinfectant such as Korsole/Microbac forte Sokrena or Equivalent inside the surface of supply air duct. A copy of video footage in DVD's of before & after cleaning is to be submitted .( Work is to be carried out by National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA ) approved agencies only .The visits by a member of NADCA ASCS during the execution and final report must be signed by the member is to be submitted. ( Floor area wil be measured for the payment )

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade. Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.
