Supply Fabrication Erection and Fixing of Illuminated Glow Sign Board at Main Gate Entrance of Divisional Office Khellani Doda

Supply, fabrication, erection, fixing & commissioning of complete rectangular illuminated glow sign board at main gate entrance, comprising: (i) MS structural support frame (angle/pipe section, primer + enamel paint) fabricated and fixed/bolted to the two existing gate pillars/columns with ms anchoring plates- 04 nos with anchor fasteners; (ii) rectangular acrylic (3mm) LED backlit sign board, size 18 ft x 3 ft (54 Sq.ft), with MS/aluminium frame box, flex/vinyl printed & laminated face bearing office name ' OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER MECHANICAL AND HOSPITAL ENGINEERING DIVISION, DODA' in bold letters with department emblem/logo; (iii) internal LED strip lighting (SMD 2835, IP65) with LED drivers; (iv) electrical wiring from nearest DB/meter point including MCB and dusk-to-dawn timer/photocell switch. The job also includes cost of material and labor charges incl. of all taxes.

Loading, transportation of fabricated frame & sign board material from workshop to site, including unloading & site handling. Hoisting & fixing of glow sign board onto fabricated support frame at height (approx. 15 ft), including crane/hydra or scaffolding as required, alignment & leveling.

Dismantling of existing gate/pillar lighting fixtures (light points, fittings, exposed wiring) fixed on the gate columns, including safe disconnection from supply, removal & disposal/handover of dismantled material as directed; providing & fixing MS anchor base plates (10mm thick, with anchor fasteners/chemical anchor bolts) at both gate columns at the required height for fixing of sign board support frame, including chipping/cutting of existing tile/masonry surface as needed for plate seating; providing cement concrete (1:2:4) backing/filling around anchor plate for firm embedment at both columns, including curing; and making good the disturbed surface with new matching tiles (cladding, to match existing tile work on columns) at both columns, including cutting, fixing, jointing & finishing -- complete job as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete (1:1.5:3) ramp in front of main gate, comprising PCC laid over the existing slope and a raised concrete ramp at the road end of the slope, acting as a small barrier to prevent rain water from the road spilling directly onto the slope; including labour, materials charges. complete job as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
