Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep & getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres depth for foundation etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet 3cm consolidated thickness with 0.27 cum of stone chipping mixed with 14.6 Kg of Paving bitumen VG-30 binder, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying a tack coat over existing bituminous surface @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 grade bitumen and providing and laying 20mm thick bitumen mastic asphalt on prepared surface strictly design mix in accordance with IS specification No5317-2002(As latest modified) with mastic i.e. bitumen of grade 20/30 @4.50 Kg /Sqm (minimum) mixed with stone dust (lime stone powder with calcium value 80%) @0.008 Cum/Sqm and stone chipping of size 12.5mm and 10mm @0.0096 Cum/Sqm and sand @0.004 Cum per sqm and inerting stone graded of 22mm size with 0.017 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 grade bitumen per Sqm for anti skiding including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mix is more than the specified quantity. (ii) Tenderer is advised to assess the realistic quantity of binder for the Design Mix specified above before quoting. If considered necessary, they may get the Design Mix done on their own before quoting the tender. However, the Design Mix done prior to quoting of tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the work after conclusion of contract.

M&L for preparation of bitumonus surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads, pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Solar Cat Eyes Road Stud, aluminium alloy (100% water proofing design ) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficieny Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V / 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete and fixing as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down / up old unserviceable one. Make:- Dark Eye Model No DA 110 or equivalent product of of 3M / Sinor Infrastructure

S&F of Cat's eye / Road stud, solar reflective type, metal body alloy, size 100mm x 100 mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector with and incl MS stud of suitable size complete and fixing as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down / up old unserviceable one. Make:- Dark Eye Model No DA-972 GP or equivalent product of 3M / SInor Infrstructure.

S&F of plastic speed bump of 750mm length x 250mm width x 75 mm high and made of ABS material with 2 nos high reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA and fixed with 4 nos nail and epoxy adhesive (base bumper & hole) on road surface complete and fixing as per manufacturer's instruction and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down / up old unserviceable one. MAKE :- Model no DA-1006 of Dark Eye or equivalent model of of Oscar safety Solution /ABS Engineering /3M / Sinor Infrastructure

S&F metal tubular delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45 / 50mm dia mild steel pipe duly powder coated of 600 mm height and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium type of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding the dealineator to the ground by means of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block of size 150 x 150 x 300mm, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down / up old unserviceable one.

S&F of Road safety convex mirror of 800mm dia, pole mounted on MS heavy grade pipe 50mm dia duly powder coated with anti-rust paint, 1.2 metre high from GL with 300 mm (minimum) embedded in ground and including necessary PCC M-10 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) block and two coats of paint by hot pressing over a coat of red oxide around the pipe in full perimeter all as per MOST and IRC specification complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down / up old unserviceable one. Make:- Oscar Safety Solution / Dark Eye / 3M / ABS Engineering / Sinor Infrastructure.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with CM 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening whereever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors & pavings etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Sand filling under floors under paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (M-35 grade) with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Anjali Tiles / Ultra Tiles Pvt Ltd / Mehtab Tiles

Relaying paver block in patches, including removing and cleaning old paver block, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing new or old paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick pre polished coloured chequered tiles of size 300 x300 mm set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments to match as in floors, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm dia Reinforced Concrete Pipe, class NP-2, laid & jointed complete with collars and testing all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Necessary excavation and earthwork shall be measured separately. (b) Cost of fittings and specials, if any requires and laying pipes level or to fall in trenches etc on concrete bed or hard ground shall be deemed inclusive in quoted unit rate.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) Concrete bed to 150mm drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed

Taking up old manhole cover with frame and raising / refixing proper position, set in CM 1:3 and haunching with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) concrete allaround finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100mm thick hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs __________mentioned on Page No ________ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
