Material and labour in replacement of bushing insulation with cramp paper the paper should be type-P-4.1 accroding to TEC-64-D the thickness of paper not below than 0.20 m to 0.50 m apparent density 1.1/cm2, minimum tensile strenght 80 N/mm2, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for OIP HV bushings of 72.5 KV voltage class 800 amps for 66KV side of Power Transformer including HV side star point of Power Transformer , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for OIP LV bushings of KV voltage class amps for 11KV side of Power Transformer including LV side star point of Power Transformer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for crack sheet gasket are made by the compounding of granular crack with natural synethetic rubber of type-C with good resistance to oil.The cork sheet shall be free from crack or pin hole and shall be capable of being cut or punched without cracking or tearing hardness within specified limit 5%, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement of Breather Assy including deep sky blue colour silica gel capacity of 5 Kg. Breather assembly should be fasted at 0.35 kg/sqrcm for 30 minutes and silica gel change of colour blue to pink and absorption capacity of moisture 27% by his weight minimum, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Control cable copper 1100 V HR 85 twenty four (24) core unarmoured double sheathed 7/22 SWG of power transformer rating 5 MVA 66/11 KV passing through air, pipe, wall, ceiling, etc including necessery connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Control cable copper 1100 V 4 core 6 sqmm unarmoured double sheathed 7/22 SWG of power transformer rating 5 MVA 66/11 KV All passing through air, pipe, wall, ceiling, etc including necessery connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for ovening the power transformer core winding assembly by puting into oven for minimum 36 Hours to remove his moisture. The temperture inside the oven be kept at defined valve through out drying process in order to get complete bonding between winding and insulting and also to remove moisture inside the core winding assembly. the temperture of oven upto 112°C to 120°C and repeate the process till to get required insulation level, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surface of transformer of outdoor type of capacity of 5 MVA,66 KV/11 KV,description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease etc., removing the old paint, rust by scratching with wire brush / emery paper etc, after disconnecting HT electric connection from both primary and secondary side of transformer and apply two coat of synthetic enamel spary paint of exiting colour on out side body of the transfomer and wirting of letter HT and SM MES No. etc. of 10 cm height and making all HT electric connenctions and testing the same, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for online De-hyderation and filtration oil of servostabilizer, Isolation/Distribution/Power transformer etc of various capactiy complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note: After filteration BDV of oil should not be less than 80KV at 2.5 gap for 01 minute complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply & pouring of transformer oil with Di-electric strength not less than 80 KV di -electric strength in the sealed drum or filled in transformer/on site/workshop, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for collection of final sample (03 Nos) of transformer oil for testing after complete repair work of power Transformer( after dehydration and top of transformer oil) in borosil container of capacity of 5 Ltrs and sending the transformer oil sample to CPRI Lab Noida,No 3A ,Indutrial area Khora Colony sector 62 by suitable transport by the contractor due care for following tests and submission test report from CPRI :- (i) Tan Delta Test (ii) Specific Resistance Test (iii) Brake Down Voltage Test (iv) Water Content Test

Material and labour for transport the transformer after repair from workshop to AF Stn Bhisiana 66/11 KV Sub Stn switch yard and complete all sundry connection on site post placement of transformer on plint rail like RTCC, WTI, OLTC, oil filter motor, DC supply connection including all repair connection to switch on power transformer. After switch on transformer all routine test will be carried out, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: (a) For uploading of transfomer at workshop and unloading of transformer at GE (AF) Bhisiana yard with required manpower and T&P rates are included in above item. (b) For transportation of transformer from workshop and insurance of transformer rates are included in above item. (c) Contractor is fully responsible for any accident happens during work and no any extra payment will be paid by department to contractor. (d) Necessary stores required except control cables are included in above item.

Material and labour for reconnection of power transformer with existing electrical network including ACSR conductor sheep as per existing size from 66 KV CT's to spots insulators, spot insulators to 66 KV bushing including necessary insulators framed structure, hardware life clamps etc and earthing of power transformers for 3 phase, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for construction of 11 KV busbar with ACSR as per existed size, connection of bus bar from 11 KV bushing of power transformer to incoming side of busbar, connection of outgoing side of busbar to existed HT Cable including earthing, necessary insulators frame structure, painting, etc all as per shown in drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cable jointing kit of 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type jointing complete with jointing material and accessories for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling the OLTC from power transformer and untaking of OLTC, inspection of any fault, inspection of drive motor at workshop and clean ald contract remove oil sludge from OLTC. Adjustment of spring of OLTC and overhauling of flange mounted OLTC and also rewiring of motor driver panel complete and after repair winding resistance test and other test with satisfactorly result will be carried out in the presence of Engr-in-charge, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement ring type , class 10 P 10 , 11 KV resin cast epoxy type current transformers (CTs) of ratio 900-450/1-1-0.577A( Differential protection) and class accuracy 0.5 2S or as per existing capacity including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) Necessary connection (internal & External) of any cable or wire of any ratings, voltage shall be the part of the job including accessories and T&P. No extra payments shall be done to contractor for any connection. (ii) Complete test reports of cable for testing of transformer, bushing, OLTC, coil, CT, cable etc shall be submitted to GE before any payment. (iii) Nutral Bushing :- Porcelein bushing similar to LV/HV bushing for connection with earth terminal and its part of the respective job and no extra payment shall be done to contractor.
