Construction of New Assembly Complex and MLA Hostel at Dibrugarh, Assam

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis Construction of New Assembly Building at Dibrugarh (Assam) comprising of “Assembly Building, MLA Hostel Block, Auditorium Block, Barrack Block, Service Block, Civil External Development Works, External Public Health and Fire Fighting (Hyderopneumatic Water Supply System, STP/ETP Plant, Water Cooler, Sewage & drainage Pump, Tubewell, Electromechanical of WTP & RO system, Heam Pump for hot water), Infrastructure & External Development – Electrical Works, HVAC Works, Av Solution And Stage Lighting And Drapery Solution, Statue Work, etc along with all necessary support services and allied facilities. The project shall be executed in accordance with stipulated DBR/Specifications and Guidelines, adopting NBC-2016 norms, relevant Indian Standard (IS) Codes, and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope also includes complete handing over of the building and comprehensive Operation & Maintenance for a period of five (5) years, ensuring all works are completed in all respects". Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed. In addition to : Operation and Maintenance of Services (5 Years) STP, WTP, ETP, FIRE PUMP: Operation & comprehensive maintenance STP, WTP, ETP , FIRE PUMP units after three year warranty charges/maintenance. Operator shall be available at plant 24X7. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel, power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. Lifts: Operation & comprehensive maintenance LIFT units after three-year warranty charges/maintenance. Operator shall be available at plant 24X7. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumables, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel, power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. ESS, DG SETS, TRANSFORMER: Operation & comprehensive maintenance ESS, DG SETS units after three-year warranty charges/maintenance. Operator shall be available at plant 24X7. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel, power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge HVAC: Operation & maintenance (routine & preventive ) and breakdown maintenance of high side & low side of the HVAC System comprising of all the machinery, equipment installed etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
