Closing of filter bed by providing gunny bags/blind flange to stop the leakage as per site requirement.

Dismantling of old spindle, nut, flap, upper dome, gland housing of valve by cutting of rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter/welding machine and removing with the help of tri pod/chain pulley block and heavy manual labour with all safety measures and as per site requirement and shifting to safer side as per direction of concern engineer.

Dismantling of MS bend fixed with drain valve by cutting of its rusted nut bolts with help of gas cutter/welding machine and shifting to safe site with the help of heavy manual labour adopting all precautions at site.

Renovation of damaged parts like four faces spindle nut of gun metal, Upper dome, Flanges, thrust bearing, housing rings etc as required. i/c bush arrangement in the dome.

Repairing of gland housing by making proper size of thrust bearing seat and maintain the size as per spindle. Replacement of gland bolts and repairing of gland plate.

Renovation of CI flap including fabrication of GM ring as required and repairing of groove for fixing of GM nut by providing, fixing of MS plate with drilling, threading and fixing of nut bolts etc. as required by job.

Repairing of S.S. Spindle by remetalling on the damaged portion, the job i/c machining, re-threading, finishing etc.

Repairing of G.M. ring of both side of body by remetalling, machining and finishing by machining work to make its original shape as required by job.

Making and fabrication of hand wheel made out from seamless pipe as required.

Making of working platform for dismantling of valve accessories as required.

Arrangement of all safety items like gum boots, safety helmet, oxygen cylinder etc as the work carried in the channel of waste water.

Transportation charges to & fro for tools and tackles, men & material at site & handling etc. As required.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. (30 kg.)

Providing and fixing of Neoprene rubber sheet 1.5 mm thick to seal the leakage from the valve. (25 kg).

Re- fixing of valve with all items like housing, nut bolt, rubber packing, MS bend, dome, gland housing, gland plate, spindle, GM nut etc as required This includes all the charges loading and unloading with all safety measures at site should be neat and clean after completion by providing required manpower.

Testing and commissioning of sluice valve on full load after complete repairing and fixing.

Painting of valve by providing of enamel paint and primer two or more coat as per direction of engineer in charge.
