Mild steel TMT (Thermo Mechanically Treated ) steel bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire ( annealed n less than 0.9mm dia ) complete all as specified and directed.

PUMP CASING The radially split casing is provided with delivery nozzle cast integral with it. Suction is axial and delivery nozzle is central and horizontal .Specially designed semi-concentric casing results in reduced radial thrust and ensures vibration-free performance. wide volute passage ensures non-clogging operation of the pump.

IMPELLER Impellers are of non-clog type which allow smooth passage of solids .Impellers are with single or multi vanes in semi-open, enclosed, or free flow designs to cater to wide applications.

SHAFT The high tensile steel shaft accurately machined and ground is supported by two ball bearings in the motor above the impeller. Shaft is designed to transmit the power without undue vibrations and deflections. The shaft is common for pump and motor of monoblock design.

MECHANICAL SEALS Two mechanical seals in tandem arrangement are provided to ensure no ingress of water or sewage in motor.

BEARINGS Bearings are grease lubricated and sealed for life, hence maintenance free.

DRIVE Motor is dry type submersible and cooled by liquid being handled. Motors are air tested for leakfree operation. Degree of protection for motor is IP68 as per IS:2147 Class of insulation : F Voltage : 415V+/-10% Frequency : 50 Hz+/-5%

CABLE A specially designed cable, 1.1 kV grade having annealed tinned copper conductor, insulated with Electron Beam Irradiated crosslinked elastomeric compound (compatible for continuous operation at 1200 C) cores laid up with a proof cotton binder tape and sheathed overall with Electron Beam Irradiated Cross-linked HD HOFR elastomeric compound and generally conforming to IS 9968 Part l. The cable with this unique combination of insulating and sheathing material offers best resistance to acidic or alkaline sewage medium and to the effluent gases coming out of the sump. The cable is more flexible than PVC cable making coiling and handling easier and light in weight compared to PVC cable of the same size.

Out door type CONTROL PANEL (A) Control panel shall be equipped with fully automatic starters designed to operate pump motors of following specifications. Voltage: 415 V ± 10 % Frequency: 50 Hertz ± 5 % Phase: 3 Phases + Neutral Class of duty: Continuous Class of insulation: F Ingress Protection IP 54 1. Starter: Direct on line (DOL) or Star delta starting (SDS) as per OEM recommendation. 2. Switch: Three phase with neutral switch as per OEM recommendation. 3. Fuse: High rupturing capacity fuses (HRC) as per OEM recommendation

7. MOTOR PROTECTION UNIT MPU Will be supplied to suite the thermistor and moisture sensor in the pump. Contractor should responsible to mount this unit in their starter control panel. The space for the same should provide in outdoor control panel after consultation with pump set OEM. S&F of cast iron Air release valve of size 150mm , with double orifice type (small & large orifice), kinetic type, non clogging & self sealing balls for trouble free operation, totally tamper proof, ideally suited for turbid or Sewage water conforming to IS 14845/AWWA pressure ratting PN 1.0 and jointing materials like gasket, flanges, nuts and bolts and washer etc complete for fixing arrangement in DI 'K-7' water pipes mains complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road/pavement hard standing up to 3mtr depth by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and using GPRS technique for without damaging nearby existing pipe lines, gas pipe lines, power cables, sewage lines , Fiber optic etc and necessary machine for laying/insertion of HDPE pipe 250MM Dia PN-10 working pressure for casing and also supply and Inserting , jointing HDPE Pipe including specials of nominal dia 160 mm, PN-10 for carring as per IS 4984 including jointing the pipes with clamp, socketed joints, reducers etc & testing, commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) The Quated rate includes cost of HDPE pipes (250mm & 160 mm), Trenchless Boring , GPRS and ultra sound technique for ground data survey, Necessary T & P and Labour including execavation and earth work for machine etc . (II) Any damage to external services as mentioned above should be rectify by contractor with out any cost to departement. Department should not be responsible for any damage contractor should arrange necessary Ground data survay machiner & T & P and cost of the same is inclusive in quated rate.

Supply and fix DI specials in bends , tees, reducer, collar, tail piece etc of any type and size ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block massonary with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 ,Type C-1,PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm stone aggregate complete for valve chamber and header etc.

Supply and fix 150 mm dia Non return valve ball type sutiable sewage pumping system with connected accessories nut bolts, gaskets , Flanges etc all as specified and directed by engg-in-charge.

Supply and fix GI tubing medium grade 150 mm dia with connected accessories, sockets, flainges, nut bolts and gaskets all as specified and directed by engg -in-charge.

M & L for fabrication of header made out of MS pipe 300 mm dia , 6 mm thick , 3 m length including cutting, welding, jointing suitable flanges, gaskets etc and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with providing of opening with MS pipe tail pieces with flanges , nut bolts and gaskets of size 100 mm dia bore - 02 Nos (incoming from sewage pumps ) and 150 mm dia -01 nos ( Outgoing) in header along with supply and fix 150 mm MS pipe with bend , elbow , Flanges, Nut bolts and gaskets upto 3 Mtr for connecting to DI pipe in ground all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 1500x1500x1000mm (Internal dimensions) in PCC 1:3:6 Block masonry built in cement mortar 1:4 with MS cover 3 mm thick and locking arrangement including excavation and earth work, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation, PCC bed/copping in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B, plastering 15 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4), painting with one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of bituminous black paint on all steel surface including demolition of old chamber complete all as specified and directed.
