Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp insulation, Ac etc), any thickness including cover fillets complete.

M&L for false ceiling including 12 mm thick perforated Gypsum board pre painted / plastic coated, finish granular surfaces fixed on and including GI powder coated frame work of grid of size 0.6 x 0.6m consisting of GI angle supports on wall of size 19mm x 19mm x 0.7mm fixed to wall with appropriate size dash fasteners at 1m centre and main Tee of size 24mm x 32mm x 0.70mm and crossTee of size 24mm x 32mm x 0.70 mm using purpose made members interlocking into each other and suspended from the roof by using GI hanger wire of dia 2.68 mm of adequate lenght with adjustable hook clips of 3.5 mm dia wire to be used with main runner etc all as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and directed. Make of GI grid work and ceiling board : "Armstrong or equivalent approved make by Accepting Officer" .

Removing of old water proofing treatment and cleaning the surface of slab with wire brushes, removing dust, foreign material, rubbish off the site to a distance n.exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on RCC roof slabs mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% mixed with by weight of cement finishing even and smooth to receive water proofing treatment complete without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil based bituminous primer surface @0.25 Kg/sqm and laying 3mm thik APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane with 100 mm side and end lap having weight not less than 3.50 kg/ sqm , reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforced matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm polyster core having soften point not less than 1500C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5cm, by torching method and applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm on membran surface including 24 hrs ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in Charge.complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repairs water tubes 15mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs water tubes 20mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs water tubes 25mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs capacity, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any positon not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:2 and mixing with WPC 3% by weight of cement complete in sunken portion. (WPC paid separately)

S&F for Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sq. m all as specified and directed.

S&F for Polythene film, 50 micron thick, laid on a coat of bitumen primer, @ 0.30 to 0.50 kg per sq. m all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) any thick as in sub base of the sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cm bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles in store rubbish of the premises complete.

S&F coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 300mm x 300mm x7 mm thick,in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white /colour cement to match the shade with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement morter 1:6 all as specified and directed.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300x200mm) x 7 mm thick in Dado/Skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for 10 ltr capacity PVC valve less, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia bore chromium plated bib taps long body with capstan head handle with cup , screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete.

S&F in repairs shower rose size 125 mm chromium plated with or without swivel joints, including fixing to 15 mm dia steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC connection 15 mm dia with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm long complete.

S&F in repair for stop valve, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with capstan head handle , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, with long shank and cup (concealed type), bore dia 15 mm complete.
