Removing carefully the precast cover slabs of septic tanks and Dewatering/ desludging and taking out deposited sludge silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature, mechanically with sewer suction cum jetting Machine mounted on Truck, cleaning the septic tank / Soakage well by removing solid waste/sludge from the tank removing the sludge from the edge of septic tank after drying and removing the same outside MD land and land where directed including applying one coat of linseed oil on the bottom and sides of the septic tanks (inner side) and setting the same covers in old position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engr-in-Charge and as directed for Septic Tank of size 13.60mx4.0mx6.0m in LBH (PXE SEPTIC TANK) Note: work will be executed in foul condition

Removing carefully the cover slabs of manholes of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge by mechanical means including any organic or inorganic matters and disposing the same to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m where directed and setting the manhole cover old in position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engr-in-Charge and as directed.

Cleaning carefully with using fresh water for the blockage in CI or SWG pipe 100mm dia in between man holes using mechanically oprated Hydraulic pressure machine equpied with jet and suction pressure cleaning and passing rubber ball through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockage in the floor/nahni traps in kitchen or bath room or sinks by manually or with water jet after carefully removing the old gratingw and refixing the grating in the same position including finishing with white cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removal carefully the precast cover slab of drain, Cleaning and removing of silts from drain and hume pipe by mechanical means of any description by roding and well flushing with water, taking out west materials and disposing the same to a distance not exc 50m and setting the same cover in old position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing carefully the cover slabs of gully traps of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matter to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500m and setting the civer slab in old position in CM 1:6 after inspection by Engineer-in-Charge and as directed.

M & L for removing the plant from walls & roof of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemicals to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with CM 1:3 and applying surface finishs to match the existing surface including removal of debris etc outside the premises complete all as required and specified.

M&L cleaning of the service tanks of capacity upto 500 liters twice (as directed) installed on roofs and 2nd, 3rd, or 4th stories of building at various places by emptying the tanks, by removing the scale and other all other foreign materials deposited on side wall and bottom of the tanks by scraping and brushing with wire brush and cleaning with bleaching powder slurry and allowed to dry and tajk washing and cleaning the tank with fresh water including refixing the top cover of tank properly after cleaning and writing letters such as details of the tanks like date of cleaning, capacity of tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 10cm heigh in block colour, over a thick of size 60x 30mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Sl Item No. 21 above but service tanks of capacity above 500 liters and upto 1000 liters.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundations, etc. or manholes, sewage lines, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Removing surplus excavated spoil/earth to a distance not exc.50M and deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 M above the starting point.

Returning filling in soft /loose excavated soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM and all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes of 100 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or RCC) set in cement motar complete all as directed.
