Shaft, repairing of sheet roller 2 Nos. by welding and repair of impeller shaft by SS welding, machining, polishing , turning, providing new terminal plate for connection including transportation loading and unloading complete job as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer- In-Charge.including dismantling, assembling, realignment, to & fro transportation, testing and commissioning of pumps complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
Providing and fixing of 1 No. non clog submersible pump, type NS, 3HP, 2900 RPM, 415 V, 50Hz, insulation Class of winding wire 'F' Class, Protection IP 68 with cutter fan arrangement, Kirloskar make along with Siemens make DOL starter, Honeybell make PLC integrated system with level sensor for automatic starting/stopping and monitoring of submersible pump , PVC flexible cable 4CX10.0 mm2 1.1 kV grade double sheathed copper conductor 10 mtr, discharge outlet size 50 mm with pipe length 5 mtrs, free passage for suspended solid particles 40 mm, Head in MWC 20 Mtr., discharge capacity 500 LPM along with testing and commissioning complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
Repair of 2 No. 7.5HP Monoblock pumps by providing new ball bearings (4 Nos.), Gun metal sleeve (2 Nos.), washer (4 Nos.), Impeller locknut (2 Nos.), Parallel key (2 Nos.), bearing cap (4 Nos.), replacement of bearings and bearing housing, bearing housing cover, air release valve, pump gland,, gaskets, bolts & nuts, repair and alignment of shaft, repair of pump casing, removing defect of vibration, replacement of damaged/rusted GI suction pipe (ID 2 inch, length 12 feet each) attached with the pumps including dismantling, assembling, realignment, to & fro transportation, testing and commissioning of pumps complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
