Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, clay , gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convinient or permitted, inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water, including setting out construction of shoring and strutting, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides of bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc. backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated stuff in specified areas with all leads and lifts etc. and as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc. all complete.

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to length required (not exceeding 9 metres) and planted in position ready for driving: a) Upto 2.5 metres long pile

Driving down wooden piles of 150mm diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile driving complete at site ( portion in ground only to be measured) a) Upto 2.5 metres long pile.

Providing and Driving Nilgiri wood or equivalent piles of length upto 6.00 m. as specified and 0.13 m. mean diameter spacing at 0.50 m. c/c under water including cutting the driving edge to the required shape, erecting in position, fastening driving with wooden mallet or steel hammer including strutting etc. As per specification with all leads etc Complete.

Providing and fixing bamboos of length 6.00 m. or as specified and 4 cms. mean diameter spacing at 0.20 m.c/c for groynes, cofferdam and closure of breaches including cutting into pieces, making into halves longitudinally holding in position, fastening with coir string, nailing as per specifications with all lead and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports.

Providing corrosion resistant steel CRS-50 bars of (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1985) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member .

Reinforced cement concrete work (1:11/2:3) (1 cement:11/ 2 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size)in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports and balconies upto floor five level including finishing and plastering the ceiling with C.M. (1:3) (1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows trusses & other frames wrought framed and fixed in positon.d) Second class matti wood

Painting 2 coats with oil type wood preservative of approved brand & manufacture on new work.
