Installation of New 33/11KV 10 MVA T/F at 33/11KV Khushrobagh, Naini TSL and Kareli (under augmentation), Construction of 33Kv Line, Guarding of 33KV Line and other 33KV System Improvement Works at various Substations under EUDC-I, Prayagraj in Business Plan 2024-25 (Phase-II), including loading, unloading & Carriage of materials from Store Center Naini to working site. In the direct supervision of Executive Engineer, EUDD-RB/Naini/KD/KB, Prayagraj.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm cable by digging of trench of size 1050mm deep 750mm wide as per ISS. The cable boxing with brick, sand & stone slab after cable laying filling of trench leveling and ramming. (Only 33 KV 3x300 sq mm Cable will be provided by department rest all material to be provided by contractor)

Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by HDD machine method. The cable shall be laid at the depth upto 2000 mm from the surface of road. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.) (Only 33 KV 3x300 sq mm Cable will be provided by department rest all material to be provided by contractor)

Erection, grouting, plinthing, earthing & Painting of 11 Mtr. long STP Double pole including fixing of all necessary clamps, other accessories like Top channel, base channel, Pin insulator with pin etc. and its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for 33 KV line (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt, M.S. Channel, Base Channel, M.S. Bracing Angle etc. as per site requirement will be arranged by the contractor and STP, Earthing Rod with G.I. wire, pin insulator with pin and Disc Insulator with Fitting will be provided by the department.)

Re-conductoring of existing 33 KV line between 33/11 KV Kalyani Devi to Karelabagh by new ACSR Dog conductor including dismantling of existing Jarjar conductor. (ACSR Dog conductor will be provided by department) others required channel clamp with nuts bolt provided by contractor.

Installation, Commissioning, testing, earthing and painting of following 33 KV protection equipments (All Structure and clamps for following items with nut bolt, Lugs etc. will be provided by contractor)

Installation, Commissioning and testing of following 11 KV protection equipments

11 KV Outgoing VCB (400/200/5A) with proper earthing.

11 KV Bus coupler/Incomer VCB (800/400/5A) with proper earthing.

Laying of 3x300 sqmm 11KV XLPE cable inside switchyard from 11KV side of 33/11 KV Power Transformer to 11KV Incomer VCB

Erection earthing, grouting, painting of complete bus bar gantry in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of gantry plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastering of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling.( All concreting material, Bus Bar Gantry, painting and earthing, Nut Bolt with Clamps & T&P etc. shall be provided by the contractor.

Laying of copper control cable 2x2.5 /4X2.5 mm2 for 33 KV, 11KV control wiring in switchyard and control room.(Control cable and required lugs will be provided by contractor)

Fixing of following 33 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, XLPE cable (Jointing kit will be provided by the contractor for the guarantee period of 2 Years from the date of measurement at ERP).

Straight- through jointing kit (3x300 mm2, 33 KV)

Guarding of Existing 33KV Lines by fixing of proper guarding angles at each pole with minimum 20 no. lacing per span. (Guarding angle with clamp and nut bolt will be provided by contractor)

Cartage, erection, testing and Commissioning of 33/11 KV 10 MVA T/F on the transformer plinth. This work includes dragging loading, shifting, lifting and complete assembling after placing on the plinth. All special and ordinary T&P is to be arranged by the contractor. Special care is to be taken to avoid tilting of T/F and loss of transformer oil. Any damage in T/F will be chargeable to contractor.(All material will be provided by the contractor except 10 MVA TF).

Construction of complete T/F plinth size 3mx3m x 0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing. Top of plinth is to be C.C. work in the ratio of 1:3:6 fitted with 3 Mtr. long, 90 lbs, 2 Nos. rail pieces. Cement mortar is to be used in 1:3 ratio. Cement, concrete material, bricks used in plinth shall be supplied by the contractor. 6” stone grit is to be laid before foundation start for whole plinth. (All material shall be provided by the contractor).

Dismantling of 8/5 MVA 33/11 KV TF and carriage back to store centre Naini, Prayagraj. (All T&P will be provided by the contractor).

Delta earthing of Power T/F neutral by boring 2" dia 80 feet long G.I. pipe(3 no.) in the wet earth and connecting it with 50x8 mm. G.I. strip 2 no to T/F neutral giving half round turn at the T/F. Two separate earthing to be provided to T/F body by connecting it with earth mat by special earthing arrangement for earthing work. Material like strip of size 50x8 mm and G.I. pipe 2” dia 2.9 mm thick 40 feet long for earthing of body. (All the material shall be provided by the contractor).

Laying of earth mat throughout 33/11 KV Switchyard area as per RESPO. The work includes digging of trenches 0.75 Mtr deep as per drawing. Boaring of G.I. pipe (size 2.5 mtr long 40 mm dia & 2.9 mm. thickness) up to 0.5 Mtr below ground level 20 nos. Connecting all G.I. pipes with the help of white G.I. Strips of size 50x6 mm (Approx. 300 Kg) with proper welding with high quality electrodes. All the material shall be provided by the contractor.
