Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work (DSR 13.99.1)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint andthe like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smoothincluding necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 13.91

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.13.80

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes DSR 10.30.1

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade 13.112.2 Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm).
