Removing U/S damaged Seat & back of Chair computer, S & F new seat and back made of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50 mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 Kg per cubic Mtr on Hampden machine. Further, bidder has to visit at site to check trade pattern chair either may have wheel or be normal of different size to be repair to give the original looks of the chair.it may have the visitor chair which has the back rest and seat may be replaced by the bidder.

Removing old U/S arm rest of chair computer and S&F new one made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert and shall be weather and scratch resistant.even of visitor chair of trade pattern to be repair to give original looks

Removing U/S 5 star base and S&F new SS 5 star base suitable for chair computer.

Removing U/S castor twin wheels and S&F new castor twin wheel suitable for chair computer.

Removing U/S adjustable tilting mechanism and S&F new adjustable tilting mechanism shall be forward tilt, self regulating tilt tension and manual override, 4 position tilt lock. Anti shock back mechanism to prevent backrest. 360 swivel mechanism to allow with fluid lateral movement suitable for chair.

Preparation of the old decorated/ painted surfaces of the steel article with removing all dents, cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire steeel surface of article with sand emery paper, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship.
