B/R Portion Taking down existing roof treatment complete including demolition of PCC, Mud phuskas, lime concrete etc any description upto 200mm thick, and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng- In-Charge.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with mixing of WPC @ 3% weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only integral water proofing compund omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof surface complete and finished the surface even and fiar without using extra cement etc. to receive water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed

The surface shall be painted with one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.40 kg per sqm conforming to IS: 3384 and a coat of bitumen grade 30/40 @ 1.20 kg/ Sqm below the layer of APP based polymeric memberance.( 3 mm thick minimum weight not less 150 gms ) and Side over lap shall be 75 mm and ends shall be 100 mm and all over lap and joints insert upto thr ht 150 cm vertical surface imbeded in wall and finifhing in CM 1:3 , embeding membrane into spout pipe , roof down ward facia and shall sealed by torch application with bitumen 30/40 grade, coved filled in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of radious 75 mm at roof junction,parapet wall and other vertical surface complete all as specified Applicatiion of polymeric memberance shall be torch application all as per manufacturer instructions. Note : The work shall be carried through authorized applicator

M&L preparation of APP based polymeric surface and applying two coat of aluminium paint all as specified & as directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforiming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Dismantling/ chipping of unsound weak/ loose & cracked concrete/ cement plaster as in soffits of chajjas, ceillings , roof projection, cleaning the rusted reinforcement and exposed surface by wire brush, mechanical device or any other established method and applying the rust removing solution of approved make and quality with cotton swab to reinforcement and allowing to dry the same for 24 hrs, brushing of loose particles and applying 1st coat of rust preventive coating and applying applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & Cement in 1:1 ratio for bondig old and new concrete on damaged surfaces and applying polymer modified mortar in CM (1:3) having 20 mm Avg thickness Note :- (a) Repairs to be done by authorised applicator of Dr Fixit/ Build Core/Fosroc/Pedilite as approved by GE. (b) (i) Quanitiy of polymer shall be 15% by weight of cement. (ii) Pan mixer shall be used to get homogenous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) Required thickness shall be achieved by repeating this step after 24 Hrs to as required. (iv) Repaired surfaces area shall be kept moist for 5-7 days.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape requried, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
