M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing path & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work 605x605mm for false ceiling and hangers 6mm dia, GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastener 12.5mm dia 40mm long including Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification and drawing including taking down of existing wall panelling and similar work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
