Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in M-10(1:3:6) grade, with 20mm nominal size of nallah stone aggregates,including all lead, lift and carriage.

Damping/filling of stone including cost of stones in horizontal on level.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) .including all lead, lift and carriage.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).including all lead, lift and carriage.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled or glazed shutters for doors and windows and clestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws, including paneling which will be paid separately.(35 mm thick of first class kail wood).

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 35mm thick Second class deodar wood

Providing fixing and incorporating glass strips nominal size of 35 mm x 4 mm) under flooring.

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade/ colour complete as per manufacturer's specifications Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Making plinth protection 50mm thick with cement conc .(1:3:6) ,20 mm nominal size of stone aggregates over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast,40mm nominal size of well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth..including all lead, lift and carriage.

Filling available excavated earth(excluding rock) in trenches ,plinth,sudes of foundation etc.Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth,conslidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Structural steel work in built up section,trusses and framed work,including cutting,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing wooden frame work for ceiling with necessary screw . 2nd class kail wood.

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layers medium density partical board or graded particles board(Grade-1) IS:3087 marked(Novapan,Ecoboard or Bhutan board etc.) in ceiling with necessaty nails etc complete.

Providing and fixing plained eaves boarding(2nd class deodar wood),250mmx32mm nominal size.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers fille with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlaping of steels complete(upto a pitch of 60 degrees),excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses.0.63mm thick.

Providing & fixing electric points complete in all respect as per necessary as site.
