M&L for walling of rando rubble, uncoursed, brought upto courses, well bonded and solidaly heated, built in CM (1:4) etc completd all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces on brick work or concrete surface with water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone masoonary with water proofing compound complete all as directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40 mm of granite or trap stone random rubble walling, uncorsed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to faces of faces of wall, abutement proposals & similar wk, vertical of to batter (fair finished surfaces)

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix as in foundation including raft, footings, foundation beam, bases of column etc and mass conc.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix in wall, retaining wall, basement wall the like, any thickness, above top of footing.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required incld croncking, bending spirally and binding eith and incld ild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0-90 mm dia (quality confirming to TMT bars).

M&L for mild steel framed work such as in angle iron frames for manhole cover, staging and similar work etc, confirming to Fe-290, Grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 150mm dia pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints,laid in trenches or in floors. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 150mm dia Bend, joint to pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connection of new pipe & making goog in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded aggregate set in CM (1:4) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc; wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer on newly plastered surface including preparation of surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Tubes, 'Medium Grade`,galvanised,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors bore of tube in 32mm connections, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Stop Valves 32mm bore,cast copper alloy,screwed down,high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Fine and dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing a layers of sand 8cm deep before laying and 15cm deep after laying the cable including tretching the cable, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2. Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measurement by resistence method after continious full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall confirmed IS -1180.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate,with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4,funnel with wire gauge of (0.68) 8 mesh per liner inch,80mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mmx320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM,JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-1 and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium graded GI pipe,and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /transformer neutral/body/LT panel etc.and testing on completeion complete all as spec ified and directed. NOTE: The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5m long galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore medium graded ,GI medium graded 20mm bore watering pipe.
