Repair of puncture/holes of any size in existing PVC. Pipeline of HDTW/MDTW/RLI by placing half round PVC. Pipe section of required size to cover the holesl puncture having adequate bearing on all sides and joining the half round section with solvent cement after roughening the surface with wire brush, emery paper to make the joint leak proof as per direction of Engineer-in Charge (cost inclusive of supplying solvent cement at site and transportation of required length of PVC.Pipe to be issued departmentlly, for cutting half round section, from Sub-Divisional Stores to site (i) 315 mm dia. PVC. Pipe line

Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per design section and alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) upto a depth of 1500 mm all sorts of soils including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed. The item includes necessary trimming of sides trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete .

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (Vide page no-1 Item no-2 of PWD schedule )

Laying of PVC pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve/ straight line including using UPVC fittings, Viz. Horizontal and Vertical Bends, riser pipes, Tee Reducer etc.and making leak proof joints with couplers after roghening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipesfittigs and solvent cement to be supplied by deptt.) all complete asper direction of Engineer-In- charge. iii)140 mm. dia

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm. As directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water and ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering, reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS code. (b) River bazree

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m or part thereof) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Brick work in cement mortar (1 : 6) with first class kiln burnt bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete in foundation and plinth.

125 mm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) in ground floor including, scaffolding, racking out joints etc. complete.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with (1:6) sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directedand racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating. Nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor (C) 15 mm thick (1:6) proportion.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m

Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not 2 exceeding 225 mm, including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer Cum 66.01 complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Labour charges for fitting and fixing and laying , where necessary of fowlling M.S/G.I. /E.R.W pipes and accessories (to be supplied deparmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing & making leak proof threaded / flanged joints at site, by using scoket/ rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc., maintaing the proper alignment and level / all complete / as per direction of E-I-C. (a) 150 mmm dia G.I. Pipe.

Labour charges for fitting & fixing of 150 mm dia Sluice Valve.

Labour charges for fitting, fixing150 mm. Dia. Alfa-Alfa valve with 160mm. dia. P.V.C. riser pipe with the help of flanged P.V.C. tail-piece by joining the P.V.C. End of Tail-piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of Tail-piece and Alfa-Alfa valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete.
