Servicing of steel rolling shutters (manual type) for easy operation, rectification of defects removing of dirts , greasing machanism , refixing with clamps revetting where necessary including repairs to locks all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the rolling shutters of any following sizes including fixing only spare parts wherever necessary, taking down and refixing in position of shutters of size not less than 7.5 sqm and n.exc 30 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only fabricated lock plate of riveted construction made of Mild Steel Sheet not less than 3.15mm thick reinforced with MS angle section not less than 35X35X5mm Size and lock plate shall be having handle 2Nos, lock plate 2Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only top and bottom runners made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only cast iron worms gear of standard make /size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only folding patties of 18 gause MS sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only end clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

supply only ball bearing suitable for rolling shutters for 40 mm dia shaft completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : SKF/NBC

Supply only "00" gauge spiring of size 100mm dia 600mm long as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only '2' gauge main spiring of size 100mm dia 600mm long as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 40mm dia main shaft any length completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 50mm dia main shaft any length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only gauge wheel suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Running welding in repairs not exceeded 6mm thick to be welded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only hood cover made out of 1mm thick MS sheet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only guide channel made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet including cleats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only handles of MS size 200mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : GEM / Standard.

Supply only shaft lever locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 3.15mm thick bracket plate shape as per IS 6248-1979 of MS fabricated type of size exc 300x300mmx3.15mm and not exc 375x375x3.15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 3.15mm thick bracket plate shape as per IS 6248-1979 of MS fabricated type of size exc 400x400x6mm and not exc 500x500x6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Bevel gear box with crank handle all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rolling shutter shall have shop coat primer.

S&F Steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thick MS sheet lath, with ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete including taking down old rolling shutter all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: i) The painting shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thick MS sheet lath with bevel gear box, Shaft and crank handle, with ball bearing at 0.7meter centre to centre as specified including hood cover 1mm thick, spring, gauge wheel, guide channel of 3.15mm thick, bracket plate, end clips, locking arrangement, MS roller shaft min 50 mm dia bore of suitable length etc.and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete including taking down old rolling shutter all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: i) The contractor shall provide one crank handle for one rolling shutter. ii) The painting shall be measured and paid separately.
