Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) but except brick complete all as specified and directed. (Old bricks dismantled under respective item shall be reused with cleaning of old bricks.)

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing 35mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete louvres and jallies in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) including all mouldings set in cement mortar (1:4), including all necessary form work and reinforcement and dismantling the existing jallies of any description the complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs,mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces in position and set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel high yield strength TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends, bending and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for framed work as in doors , gates , guard bar etc of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in panels, concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hardstanding, floor surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form wok complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc or laid dry and pointed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in leveling concrete in floor finished concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate), as in plinth protection incl necessary form work etc complete.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing post or struts(RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good the distrubed ground on (embaded in concrete)

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to distance n. exc 50m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil

M&L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) in foundations, filling and mass concrete using 40mm graded stone aggregates

Material & Labour for MS round bars 6mm to 8mm, cut to length bent to shape required incuding cranking, bending spirally for nib etc. (Grade-I IS-432 Part-I) all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for RCC (Nominal Mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in fencing post, structs etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

Supply & fixing Mild steel flat iron of size 40x6mm securing chain link fencing including cutting, drilling holes, bolting etc. conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts purpose made with hexagonal orsquare heads at one end and screwed the orther, each screwed end to fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 30cm long dia of shank n. exc. 12 mm complete all as specified.
