Providing, fabricating, welding, erecting and fixing in position complete prefabricated steel structure of height 3.0 m (approx. 10’-0”) from finished floor level up to false ceiling level, consisting of vertical steel posts of size 150×150×6 mm placed at spacing of 12’-0” and 10’-0” apart embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade, including base plates of size 450×450×6 mm (1’-6”×1’-6”), complete truss work with tie bars, rafters, using steel sections 75×35×3.2 mm and vetical post and struts members of size 50×50×3 mm welded/jointed with main members, including purlins made of 75x35x3.2 mm welded with flat iron 40×6 mm and all members fixed properly on base plates 300×300×6 mm (1’-0”×1’-0”), providing and fixing roofing with 0.50 mm thick colour coated pre-coated galvanized iron profiled sheets fixed with self-drilling fasteners and PVC washers including ridge piece of 0.50 mm thick plain GI sheet, wall cladding with 50 mm thick PUFF insulated panel sheets of approved make (TATA/JINDAL or equivalent), providing and fixing 2 Nos. aluminium doors of size 1.0 m × 2.4 m (approx. 3’-3”×8’-0”) including fittings, fixtures and hydraulic door closer and 4 Nos. aluminium windows of size 1.2 m × 1.8 m (approx. 4’-0”×6’-0”), providing decorative pre-laminated board paneling on both sides with 4 mm thick float glass panes complete, providing and laying cement concrete base 1:5:10 over verified sub-base, vitrified tile flooring of size 600×600 mm of approved brand laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar bed (1:4), providing and fixing suspended false ceiling with 8 mm thick insulated POR sheets of size 600×600 mm supported on galvanized angles and channels, and providing complete electrification with concealed wiring using 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor wires, modular switches, plates and GI boxes, 8 Nos. recessed LED panel lights (600×600 mm) fitted in false ceiling, 4 Nos. ceiling fans of sweep 1200 mm and earthing complete, including all materials, labour, fabrication, erection, scaffolding, transportation, wastage, fixtures, fittings and finishing complete as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
