Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of on grid Bi-facial Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of 144 cells, half cut, PERC Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells, Bi-direcctional meter facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/ GI structure ( GI Round Pipe or Square pipe of standard length (front leg 2.4M height and rear leg height shall be suitable for angle of inclination to attain maximum power point tracking) of suitable strength for Elevated structure with following components complete as required: (Including 2 years DLP) as indicated in the detailed specifications. This includes preventive maintenance of complete installation shall be carryout by vendor once in 4 months during DLP warranty period (i.e for 2 years from date of completion). Scope of work includes, cleaning of panels, checking of Array, ACDC DB’s, Checking the healthiness of Inverters and optimizers a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 545 Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall be more than 21%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 12 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. b) Three phase inverter of 680-1000 VDC Input voltage range and 400V AC Output voltage, three phase, 4wire, 50Hz +/- 5Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 98%, total current harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree. The detailed specifications are indicated in the document. c) Suitable Power Optimizer with the efficiency of more than 98%. MPPT operating range shall be 12.5 - 105 Vdc. d) The Inverter shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. e) Remote Monitoring System facilities as indicated in the specification. f) Fixing of required junction boxes and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc.as required. g) Lightning and surge voltage protection including earth pits and its connections. h) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules and Inverter room. The location of the inverter shall be 45m (approx.) away from the solar modules, along with supplying & fixing of necessary supporting channel / conduits, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. DC cable rating shall be got approved by department before execution( to reduce the power loss). The work shall be executed as directed by Engineer in Charge. i) The quoted shall include the charges for the Preventive maintenance of complete installation shall be carryout by vendor once in 3 months during DLP warranty period (i.e for 2 years from date of completion). Scope of work includes, cleaning of panels, checking of ACDC DB’s, Checking the healthiness of Inverters. j) AC DB and DC DB along with enclosure shall be provided as per the specification. Note: Incoming grid power supply till the inverter room is the department scope.

33kWp, Bi-Facial 144 x halfcut Mono crystalline Bi-facial PERC solar cells, 60 nos of modules and above, Three phase inverter (suitable rating), power optimizer as indicated above from Sr.no 1 a to f and as per the specification. The quoted rates are including applicable GST.

42kWp, Bi-Facial 144 x halfcut Mono crystalline Bi-facial PERC solar cells, 77 nos of modules and above, Three phase Inverter(suitable rating), power optimizer as indicated above from Sr.no 1 a to f and as per the specification. The quoted rates are including applicable GST

Fabrication, supply, installation of elevated array mounting structure to suit the existing site conditions, made of suitable size GI pipes/C channels/Angle iron, GI sections, bolts & nuts along with all required accessories etc as per the detailed specifications and structure for the P.V panels as required. (The structure shall be designed to withstand a minimum wind velocity of 150 KMPH. The detail specification is indicated in the technical specification. The quoted rates are including applicable GST.

Supply and fixing of water proof flexible tape/ sealent/W-channel/C- channel/ Strip to make water tight between the modules joints. Vendor may submit the sample to E-in-C before executing the work. The water tight arrangement shall have the warranty similar to SPV plant i.e 12 years.
